On the morning of September 23, Ministry of Justice held a working symposium on establishing a judicial assistant system to exchange and discuss the establishment of a judicial assistant system. Zaozhuang Municipal Justice Bureau attended the video conference as one of the representatives of the judicial bureaus of three municipalities across the country, and made an exchange speech at the conference titled "Strengthening the foundation of the rule of law and gathering development vitality "Three persistences" to cultivate the advantages of grassroots judicial administration." The
conference is in video format, and the Ministry of Justice sets up a main venue, and sets up a branch venue in the judicial departments (bureaus) of 9 provinces and cities including Shanxi, Jilin, and Shanghai, and the judicial bureaus of 3 prefecture-level cities including Zaozhuang Municipal Justice Bureau. The leaders of the Ministry of Justice's People's Participation and Promotion Bureau, relevant leaders of 12 judicial departments (bureaus) across the country and comrades in business departments attended the meeting. At the symposium, Guo Liangsan, member of the Party Leadership Group of Zaozhuang Municipal Bureau of Justice and Director of the Municipal Public Legal Service Center, comprehensively reported on how Zaozhuang City can carry out relevant work on judicial CPPCC administrators through three aspects: overall management, proactive action, and exploration and innovation, so as to implement the "four" measures, give full play to the role of "five members", and create a "six-piece" gold sign. The highlights and characteristics of the grassroots judicial administration work in Shandong Province were demonstrated at the national level and received support and recognition from the leaders of the Ministry of Justice. The meeting emphasized that, first, we must make full use of existing policies, carefully study and understand the spirit of the document, and further strengthen the construction of the judicial office team; second, we must combine the actual situation to explore the establishment of a judicial assistant system, and standardize the management of the existing judicial office auxiliary personnel; third, we must continue to strengthen work guidance, strengthen communication and contact with relevant departments, work together to establish a judicial assistant system, and gradually improve it to provide high-quality team guarantees for the construction of judicial offices.
