In order to thoroughly implement the Provincial Health Commission’s practical activities on “going to the grassroots level, observing people’s feelings, relieving people’s worries, and warming people’s hearts”, on September 22, Hubei Provincial Health and Health Propaganda and Education Center and Provincial Third People’s Hospital held a training class for the management and business capacity improvement of primary medical institutions in the fifth floor conference room of Tianmen First Medical Clinic.
Some leaders of the Provincial Health and Health Propaganda Center attended the meeting. They were: Party Secretary and Director Kan Jingrong, Party Committee Member and Deputy Director Zou Xia, Party Committee Member and Deputy Director Mao Xu, Party Committee Member and Discipline Inspection Member Xiao Sinhong. Yi Kan, member of the Party Leadership Group of Tianmen Municipal Health Commission and Chief Public Health Command, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Wei Hui, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and president of Tianmen No. 1 Medical College, attended the meeting. Peng Xiaoxiang, deputy director of the Provincial Third People's Hospital and director of the Office of the Provincial Stroke Prevention and Control Center, Tan Wei, secretary of the Party Committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Wu Zhenhua, secretary of the Party Committee of Suizhou High-tech Zone Hospital, Liu Kun, chief physician of the Provincial Third People's Hospital, and Shi Danwei, expert of the ultrasound department, attended the meeting and gave special speeches. Party Secretary and Director of the Provincial Health and Health Education Center Kan Jingrong put forward three opinions on organizing this training class: First, focus on the grassroots and effectively follow the Party’s mass line in the new era; second, professional guidance, and effectively promote the sinking of high-quality service resources; third, pairing and co-construction, and explore the establishment of a normalized assistance mechanism. I have two hopes: I hope that all students will cherish the opportunity, calm down, concentrate, study hard, and strive to absorb more and more updated knowledge in a limited time to learn something; I also hope that everyone will pay attention to the transformation of results, apply the learned knowledge to actual work, continuously improve their medical service capabilities, truly apply what they have learned and serve the people.

In the afternoon business ability training session, Peng Xiaoxiang gave a lecture on "Technical Plan for Stroke Risk Screening and Stratified Grading Management". Liu Kun and Shi Danwei shared the theme of "Case Analysis of the Construction of Vascular Ultrasound to the Stroke Prevention and Control Center", and carotid ultrasound practice teaching was also conducted on the spot. These customized teachings benefited the participants a lot and gained a lot.
