[Global News] Russian Satellite News Agency just reported that according to the Russian Federal Commission of Investigation, in a campus shooting in Izhevsk, the capital of the Udmurt Republic of Russia, the gunman wore a vest with a Nazi logo in the campus shooting.

"Russia Today" (RT), Russian Satellite Service, Issue News and other Russian media quoted the Russian Federation Investigation Committee as saying that the attacker of the Izhevsk campus shooting was wearing a black vest with a Nazi logo, a headgear, and did not carry his ID with him. The gunman is currently in charge.
The Russian Federation Investigation Committee also stated that the gunman committed suicide after the attack.
