At the same time, there are still some shortcomings and weaknesses. All relevant departments should attach great importance to it, recognize the current situation, keep a close eye on the work time requirements, do their best to start construction, promote the degree and ensure quality, accelerate the construction of resettlement housing, promote the purchase of commercial housing and vacant housing, and ensure the high-quality completion of annual construction tasks before the end of September.
Li Fengchun emphasized that we must focus on key areas and key links to address problems such as insufficient understanding, weak planning awareness, insufficient coordination role, insufficient policy research, and slow construction of resettlement points, and take practical and effective measures to solve prominent problems, make up for shortcomings and weaknesses, and promote the solid and effective implementation of ecological and geological disaster risk aversion and relocation work in the county. We must focus on the established goals, focus on responsibilities, strengthen overall coordination and scheduling, go deep into the project site, strengthen communication and connection, do everything possible to promote the start of construction and make every effort to catch up with the progress, and strive to build, put into use and achieve results in the project early. It is necessary to simplify the approval process, lower the verification standards, and speed up payment progress. For farmers who purchase commercial housing, they should be urged to sign the house purchase contract as soon as possible and allocate subsidy funds in a timely manner to solve the worries of the people. We must strengthen policy publicity and guidance, solidly publicize relocation-related policies and subsidies, further increase the awareness of the people's policies, ensure that "all people should be moved, no one should be left behind", and fully complete the relocation work tasks.
