China Xiaokang.com, October 19, Lao Ma The U.S. Court of Appeals ruled on Tuesday that Amazon (AMZN.O) must face allegations of failure to protect New York City warehouse workers and their families from the coronavirus, while dismissing most of the workers' lawsuits filed in 2020.

Reuters reported that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York overturned a federal judge's previous ruling that only the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has the authority to review complaints about Amazon's workplace safety practices.
Circuit Judge William Nardini wrote to the court: OSHA may have expertise in worker safety, but the legal issues raised in Amazon cases “are within the scope of the judge’s traditional experience.”
However, the Second Circuit supports dismissing other allegations, including Amazon's failure to stop the spread of the coronavirus and the failure to properly pay for sick leave fees, causing "pollution".
