On the same day, the research team came to the Baise City Emergency Command Center to conduct on-site investigation on the construction of the emergency management system to prevent and resolve public safety risks, and listened to relevant situation introductions; they went to Luosuo Community, Longjing Street, Youjiang District, Youjiang District Comprehensive Management Center, The Municipal Public Security Bureau Xinxing Police Station and Baise Shenzhen Town investigated the construction and operation of the community comprehensive management center and the grassroots social governance work; they went to the urban Peninsula Park to observe the water rescue emergency drill of the Baise Municipal Public Security Bureau. The
research team investigated grid management work in Luosuo Community, Longjing Street, Youjiang District. During the
investigation, the research team fully affirmed the results of the Baise municipal social governance modernization pilot work. The research team pointed out that in Baise City’s pilot work on the modernization of municipal social governance, the leaders of the municipal party committee and municipal government attached great importance to it, and the ideological awareness was in place. The governance structure was further improved, and a four-level municipal social governance organization coordination agency was established at the city, county, township, and village levels. , forming a grid-based modern social governance system for the city from horizontal to edge and vertical to bottom. The guarantee system will be further improved, and the city, county, and township comprehensive management centers will be promoted to materialize, and the "Five Haves" goals of having institutions, personnel, responsibilities, funds, and quantification will be realized, and the "Skynet Project" and "Xueliang Project" will be promoted. The "Comprehensive Management Video Network" and "Comprehensive Management Information System" realize "four networks in one" to achieve full coverage of municipal security prevention and control without blind spots. The highlights of various tasks in Baise are highlighted, and the governance efficiency is further demonstrated. Driven by the pilot work, the core indicators of the city's municipal and legal work continued to improve, and there were no incidents that affected national political security or individual extreme cases in the city. The
research team requires that Baise City should focus on the "key innovation" project of "preventing and resolving public safety risks", further improve ideological understanding, strengthen organizational leadership, adhere to the leadership of party building, make every effort to promote the construction of a "major emergency" management system, and continuously improve the city's The modernization level of social governance and striving to create a new situation in the construction of safe Baise.
