Risk level determination principles

• The risk level of imported non-cold chain items for special purposes shall be comprehensively determined by the local joint prevention and control mechanism.

Grade classification prevention and control measures

• Imported non-cold chain items determined to be high-risk, in accordance with the "About the Issuance of the Inspection and Testing of Imported High-Risk Non-cold Chain Container Goods" by the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council Implement preventive disinfection according to the division of labor and procedures specified in the "Notice on Preventive Disinfection Work Plan".
