. After the daily morning and afternoon inspection work is completed, the students’ registration form for absenteeism due to illness will be summarized and analyzed, and the relevant data will be summarized in a timely manner, and the relevant data will be reported according to the requirements within the specified time limit. students who find symptoms should be sent to the school clinic or health care room for further investigation and notify parents to take the students to medical treatment in a timely manner. Students who are suspected of having infectious diseases should be isolated immediately, and parents should be notified to take the students to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment, and track and understand the students' condition and diagnosis and treatment.
3. Be familiar with the reporting standards and report the epidemic in a timely manner when it is discovered. If clustered epidemics, public health emergencies or diseases of unknown causes are found during the morning and afternoon inspection, the health department of the hospital and the district primary and secondary school health center should be reported immediately. The relevant personnel of school epidemic report should be proficient in reporting standards and reporting time limits for infectious disease cases, clustered epidemics and public health emergencies. In addition to standardized reporting of infectious disease cases, clustered epidemics or major epidemics (public health emergencies or diseases of unknown causes) should also fill out the "School (Parent) Clustered Fever/Diarrhea Case Information List" and actively cooperate with the local health department and primary and secondary school health care centers to investigate and guide the work.
4. Do a good job in handling infectious diseases. After receiving the epidemic report, the health department in the district will immediately go to the scene to verify and investigate and deal with the epidemic information. Those who meet the standards for outbreaks must immediately report to the district Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and work with the district Center for Disease Control and Prevention to complete case epidemiological investigation, sampling, information reporting, etc., and will also take measures such as case isolation, reducing the organization of collective activities, disinfection, and emergency vaccination. If necessary, measures such as suspension of classes and holidays can be taken.

(I) Class suspension: If one of the following standards is met, the class may suspend classes after being assessed that the epidemic may further spread. The suspension period is generally 4 days.
1. The new influenza-like cases in the class that day reached 5 or more;
2. The current influenza-like cases in the class reached 30% or more;
3. Two or more laboratory-confirmed influenza hospitalization or death occurred within one week (excluding outpatient observation cases).
Resumption standard: Classes can be resumed when the suspension period expires. For students who still have flu-like symptoms, needs to return to normal body temperature and other flu-like symptoms to disappear 48 hours before they can resume class , or according to the doctor's advice.
(2) Grade/school suspension: If the epidemic continues to develop and affects the normal teaching activities of schools/childcare institutions, the education or relevant competent departments should organize an assessment of the epidemic risk and may implement suspension measures step by step. The suspension period is generally 4 days. After the suspension period expires, it will be determined whether classes will resume after evaluation.
