KFC pointed out on Facebook that in order to ensure the personal safety of delivery service personnel, if encounters the local county and municipal government announces the suspension of work, KFC's county and city stores will suspend delivery services ; if the county and city do not announce the suspension of work and classes, but the wind and rain conditions are not suitable, each store will also suspend delivery services depending on the situation, and only cache services for internal use, takeout, lane and online booking are retained. In addition, some limited meals will be provided in restaurants in counties and cities depending on the circumstances.

McDonald's stated that due to typhoons and heavy rain factors, the scope of delivery service will be adjusted according to the announcement of the Personnel and Administration Bureau of Human Resources and Administration, and the Happy Delivery Delivery Service Area will be adjusted. Pizza Hut mentioned that in response to the typhoon hit Taiwan, if local county and municipal governments announce that they will stop working, the county and city stores will suspend delivery service and only retain take-out services. As for Domino, it posted an announcement that according to government laws and regulations, the stores of counties and cities in counties and cities will not provide delivery services.
