The National Security Department of the Hong Kong Police detained "Study and Ideological" Wang Yizhan and three others
The National Security Department of the Hong Kong Police takes action again. Hong Kong media reported that the National Security Department of the Police arrested at least three members of the Hong Kong-disrupting organization "School Learning and Ideological and Political Science" this morning (20th), involving the crime of conspiring to incite subversion of the state power in violation of Article 23 of the Hong Kong National Security Law. Among them are the convener of the organization, Wang Yizhan (20 years old), and Secretary-General Chen Zhisen (20 years old), and Zhu Huiying (18 years old), the former spokesperson of "Xianxue and Ideological and Political Science".

The police also sent personnel to the warehouse of Huaxing Industrial Building in Kwai Chung, searching for certificates, and moving away a large amount of evidence, about 40 boxes.
Then at about 12:30, the police went to the activity location of "Xianxue Ideological and Political" at the Good Mind Commercial Building in Mong Kok for a search; about an hour later, the police took Wang away from Good Mind Commercial Building. The news at the scene said that the police took away a tablet computer and took several postcards on the scene . After checking the records, "Savvy Learning and Ideological and Political Science" used to hold activities at the upper site.
"Saving and Ideological Political" confirmed on the Facebook page at about 9 o'clock this morning, saying that the police's National Security Department came to arrest the convener Wang Yizhan and Secretary-General Chen Zhisen at 6:40 am this morning. In addition, the editorial committee of the Student Union of Hong Kong Baptist University also issued a statement this morning saying that at about 7 a.m., Zhu Huiying, a student of Baptist University and former spokesman for "Xianxue and Ideological and Political Science", received a call from the National Security Department, asking her to go to her residence to assist in the investigation. She arrived at her residence about two hours later, and the National Security Department staff were waiting at her home.
Senior Superintendent of the National Security Department Li Guihua said in the afternoon that the arrested persons had distributed a large number of messages of inciting hatred of the government and inciting subversion of the state power. In addition, they have recently used substantive actions to gather like-minded people. They set up a meeting in Mong Kok to gather their followers, including doing small business and exhibitions, and also systematically provide supplies to prisoners with the same beliefs. He quoted the Secretary for Security and the Director of the Corrections Department earlier as saying that the items related to are useful to those in prison and believe that followers in prison can be recruited.
Li Guihua said that since the establishment of the relevant organization in May last year, even after the Hong Kong National Security Law came into effect, it has continued to make remarks on social platforms involving endangering national security. So far, 41 street stations have been set up, and a large number of messages of inciting hatred of the government, disobeying the law and inciting subversion of the regime. He gave an example in the early stage of the epidemic, "Saving Learning Ideological and Political Science" called on the public not to use "safe travel". also said that the next "resistance" may be a war or a revolution, so we must be equipped with a good attitude and skills. We suggest that others practice martial arts and that when the revolution comes, the whole people must "fight bravely." In addition, Li Guihua said that the organization also pointed out that the struggle is aimed at the central government and obviously wants to subvert the regime.
After the implementation of the Hong Kong National Security Law, the once arrogant "Hong Kong independence" activities have come to an end, and the "Hong Kong independence" organizations that claim to represent students have also collapsed one after another. The "virtuous learning and ideological politics" who was once a small political organization, relying on the "flattery faction" to quickly rise to power and openly incite violence in the name of students.
The convener of the organization once declared in an interview with the media, "The value of the existence of an organization is to test the red line of the regime." Since the promulgation and implementation of the National Security Law, "Saving Learning Ideological and Political" has not been dissolved, but Wang Yizhan has been arrested many times. In early June this year, Wang Yizhan set up a street station in the area of Soy Sauce Street in Mong Kok, but was arrested by the police on the grounds of misconduct in public local behavior; on June 11, Wang Yizhan and his spokesman Huang Yuanlin were arrested on suspicion of inciting others to participate in illegal assembly and publicity or announced that they were arrested. The police accused them of propaganda and called on citizens to go to Mong Kok and Causeway Bay on June 12. On July 1, the police arrested Wang Yizhan and three other members at Mong Kok Street Station, suspected of "distributing incitement publications."
It is worth mentioning that Wang Yizhan, the convener of "Xianxue Ideological and Political Science", is a new immigrant from the mainland to Hong Kong. He was born in Suining, Sichuan. He moved to Hong Kong when he was young and studied in a middle school in Tongchun . was not promoted to college or work due to poor grades, but he pretended that students continued to incite violence and support "Hong Kong independence". According to Hong Kong Wen Wei Po , several key members of "Xian Xue Ideological and Political Science" are actually "fake students" and have no jobs at the moment.
In fact, "Hong Kong independence" elements pretend to be students and incite middle school students to support "Hong Kong independence". In 2018, Chen Jiaju formed the "Student Independence Alliance", claiming to support "Hong Kong independence" on behalf of Hong Kong students, but after being kicked out by the media, he hurriedly changed the organization to the "Hong Kong Independence Alliance". On the eve of the implementation of the Hong Kong National Security Law, Chen Jiaju, who felt that something was wrong, fled overseas.
As the saying goes, if you do evil things, you will die! This time, Wang Yizhan, a "fake student" who is ignorant of the current affairs, will become a "real criminal" and commit a serious crime in Guoan. If the circumstances are serious, the sentence shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years and not more than ten years; if the circumstances are minor, the sentence shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years, detention or control.
