China Taiwan Network On October 27th According to Taiwan's "Business Daily" report, Tsai Ing-wen attended a public event today (27th) with Taipei Mayor Ke Wen-je who criticized the Tsai authorities many times recently. The two only shook hands politely and "respect each other" throughout the process.
Ko Wen-je was interviewed by a media interview before the event started. When asked what he wanted to speak on the same stage with Tsai Ing-wen, he admitted that there was no chance to speak in such a public place.
