At around 10 a.m. on the 10th, party member building director Cai Jinshan and medical staff Cai Qingshan knocked on the home of Mr. Cai, the owner of the first phase of Diamond Coast Community in Dongshi Town, Jinjiang City, and went to the door to sample nucleic acid samples for Mr. Cai's 80-year-old father who was unable to move. As the building manager, Cai Jinshan has to lead a team to visit more than a dozen households every time she has nucleic acid tests.

Diamond Coast Community is located in the No. 1 Community of Dongshi Town. It is a relatively mature modern community with a total of 13 high-rise buildings and more than 2,500 residents. Last year, Dongshi Town took the community as a pilot and actively promoted the party building work of neighbors, divided the 13 buildings into 13 small grids, selected 13 party members and building managers among the owners, and showed 23 party members. Chen Qingyuan, a cadre of the First Community of Dongshi Town, sent by the Jinjiang Municipal Party Committee, said that after the community epidemic prevention work was refined to the community, the community was further divided into various grids, and the party member building leader became the key to implementing the "last meter" of epidemic prevention work in detail.
Diamond Coast Community has more than 30 enthusiastic owners and 14 people from the property management committee to form a team of more than 50 epidemic prevention volunteers to drive neighbors to watch over each other. The first community "Spark" retired party members studio also quickly responded to the party's call. Old party members such as Chen Yuzhen and Xu Ziyong volunteered to participate in volunteer service activities such as community nucleic acid testing and scanning codes for temperature measurement, order guidance, and actively mobilized elderly friends around them to get vaccinated, demonstrating the beautiful style of "silver hair" volunteer red after retirement.
