Introduction: Hot weather is the best time to eat fried chicken. The "lazy man's way" is to marinate and fry it, and it's delicious!

Chicken breast is one of the common ingredients in the refrigerator. Let’s make crispy spiced chicken today~ It’s nice that the chicken breast has no head, but if it’s overcooked, it will inevitably become dry and unpalatable. If you want to make chicken breast tender, in addition to controlling time, there are many pre-processing methods. In previous cooking, I have used salt koji, egg whites, sake and salt, and mirin and fruit to make the meat tender, but this time I used sugar-free yogurt to soften the meat. Chicken breasts, which are known as boneless salty crispy chicken , if you want a crispy coating, the most commonly used methods are flour, corn flour or sweet potato powder ⋯ This time, the crispy effect is achieved by crushing soda crackers. It’s really good, it’s delicious! ~

Crispy spiced chicken

Ingredients: 300 grams of chicken breast (cut into 3 cm cubes)

Marinade: 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of Italian mixed spices (I use fresh from Oregon and from the refrigerator) Basil ), 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 30 grams of original yogurt

Coating: cheese soda crackers

Decoration: fresh nine-layer pagoda leaves

Method:

1. Put the chicken breasts in a fresh-keeping box and marinate them in order Mix the ingredients evenly and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 40 minutes.

2. Crush the soda crackers into crumbs, do not crush them into powder~ Only then will they taste better! (I beat it too finely...ha~)

3. Dip the marinated diced chicken into biscuit crumbs and let it sit for about 3 minutes to allow it to become damp.

4. Place in the special basket for air fryers, spray a little oil on the surface, and bake at 180 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes. Bake it and take it out of the pan... garnish with nine-layer pagoda leaves and enjoy~! Eat it hot, very crispy. You can also dip it in a little "Korean-style fried chicken drumstick" sauce for a different taste.
