As an important part of the Friendship Coronary Intervention New Technology New Progress Study Course (BFCI), on August 30, the coronary intervention team of the Heart Center, under the leadership of Professor Chen Hui, successfully completed four cases of highly difficult coronary chronic total occlusion surgery and conducted a live broadcast, attracting many colleagues to come online to learn and observe. Chronic total occlusive disease, as the "last barrier" for coronary interventional surgery, is a yardstick for measuring the level of the coronary interventional team. This time, the indications for the four highly difficult surgical interventions were clear and the preoperative evaluation was sufficient. They were performed by Professor Chen Hui, Professor Li Dongbao, Professor Zhao Huiqiang and Professor Yao Daokuo. Two of them used forward opening and two of them used reverse technology.
