According to incomplete statistics at the time, many provinces such as Guizhou, Hunan, Sichuan, Gansu, and Guangzhou issued notices that except for specific groups and specific situations, other residents' nucleic acid tests must be paid for at their own expense.
Second, nucleic acid testing is carried out in accordance with regulations, and the scope of nucleic acid testing shall not be expanded
Many farmers have heard that nucleic acid testing will be charged for money, and have expressed that they will no longer do nucleic acid. In fact, there is no need to worry. Recently, the National Health Commission has issued measures to further optimize the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, requiring areas where the epidemic has not occurred to carry out nucleic acid testing for risk positions and key personnel in strict accordance with the ninth edition of the prevention and control plan, and the scope of nucleic acid testing shall not be expanded. At the same time, nucleic acid testing for all employees will only be carried out when the source of infection and transmission chain is unclear and the minimum number of the epidemic is unclear, and unscientific practices such as "two tests a day" and "three tests a day" should be corrected.
The country has made it clear: scientifically and accurately prevent and control the epidemic, implement various optimization measures, and follow the " Notice on Further Optimizing the Prevention and Control Measures for the New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic and Doing a Scientific and Accurate Prevention and Control Work" recently released by the National Health Commission, various policies such as epidemic prevention and control isolation, risk areas, and close contact judgments have ushered in major adjustments. The isolation control measures for close contacts are adjusted from "7-day centralized isolation + 3-day home health monitoring" to "5-day centralized isolation + 3-day home quarantine"; spillover personnel in high-risk areas are adjusted from "7-day centralized isolation" to "7-day home quarantine"; and high-risk positions who have ended closed-loop operations are adjusted from "7-day centralized isolation or 7-day home quarantine" to "5-day home health monitoring". In addition, the above three types of personnel must also implement management policies as required and conduct nucleic acid testing on schedule.
Second, close contacts will no longer be determined for close contacts
In accordance with relevant requirements, local epidemic prevention and control will promptly and accurately determine close contacts, and close contacts will no longer be determined for close contacts. This means that only management measures are taken for close contacts now.
