[Special reminder]
Question 1: How do you know which terminal I am on?
Answer: Method 1: You can check the terminal where the flight is located in advance through the airline's official website, Nanjing Lukou International Airport WeChat official account, Air Travel Zongheng, Feichangzhun and other ticket purchase platforms;
Method 2: You can consult the airport customer service phone number 025-96066 at any time;
Method 3: You can view the flight display screen on site or consult staff.

Question 2: When I was buying tickets, I saw that some flights had several flight numbers. How do I know which terminal to depart?
Answer: One flight has only one "actual carrier", and the others are called "code sharing flights". The operation and distribution of our terminal is divided by the "actual carrier" of the flight.
When purchasing air tickets, you must pay attention to the "actual carrier" mark and the terminal number (T1 or T2) displayed on the ticket purchase interface. Corresponding to the method provided by question 1, confirm which terminal you should start from.

Question 3: What if I run to the wrong terminal?
Answer: Don’t worry at all. The departure floors of T1 and T2 are interconnected. The two terminals are very close to each other. The walking time is about 5-8 minutes. There is an automatic trail to assist in the middle. There is also a small shuttle bus to provide free services for special passengers.

Question 4: Which parking lot should my car park in?
Answer: P1 is an open-air parking lot (located directly opposite T1, connected through an underground passage), and P2 is an indoor parking lot (directly connected to T2 and the transportation center). According to your needs, both P1 and P2 can be parked! No matter which terminal the passenger departs from or which parking lot he parks in, he can reach the car parking point through the departure floor on the third floor!

Question 5: I want to go from Nanjing to other places, where is the long-distance shuttle bus taken?
Answer: The location of the intercity (long-distance) shuttle bus point has not changed, it is still near the first floor of the transportation center, and it leads directly to T2. If your location is in T1, you can walk about 2 minutes through the corridor on the departure floor on the third floor, then take the elevator down and then arrive at the get-to-bus point!

Question 6: Where will I take a taxi after I take a plane to Terminal T1?
Answer: There are taxi and bus rides at the arrival exits of T1 and T2, and you can choose according to your needs.

Question 7: I drove to pick up a friend, what if I went to the wrong parking lot?
Answer: It doesn’t matter, don’t be nervous, you can continue to drive forward to the exit, the staff will tell you the detour route in detail and will accompany you a beautiful and clear small map.
In addition, there are obvious signs on the way to enter the market, reminding you to pay attention to observation in advance.

Question 8: Can I first visit the brand new T1, call a card in the "Tianxia Wenshu", and then go to T2 to take a plane?
Answer: Of course it is OK! The two terminals T1 and T2 are closely adjacent, and the departure floors on the third floor are interconnected and connected, and it takes only about 5-8 minutes to walk. Between the two floors, there is also a Pullman Hotel that allows you to enjoy delicious food. As long as you master the boarding time and arrive at the airport in advance, you can visit T1 and T2 at will! (CCTV reporters Wu Rui, Lu Yan, Dai Yiyang)
