Taiwanese luggage shop, you can get rich if you join Xiaoying! Hello everyone, the fake money-obsessed Flirty Uncle who wants to pick up money so he just doesn’t pick it up is online again!

As the saying goes, the only way to relieve worries is to get rich. Like everyone else, I also have a dream of getting rich overnight, but not all of us can realize our dream like Taiwan Qingfu Company.
It’s nothing if a toad eats swan meat, but it’s a fishing company that builds warships!
You may not have heard of Qingfu Company, but as long as you hear its story, you will never forget it. Qingfu was originally a company that built fishing boats, just like an ordinary shipyard. The business is doing well, with total assets of 500 million. 500 million is really good in US dollars, but Qingfu is NT$500 million, which is a little over 110 million converted into RMB.
A shipyard of this scale should be said to be more than better than the worst. According to the normal routine, Qingfu estimates that it will not be able to grow into a super large factory in a short time.

But the interesting part is here. Qingfu, who has a net worth of 500 million, took a big order of more than 35 billion (NTD, the same below). Anyone who hears this will have two most direct feelings: 1. Isn’t this the legendary pie in the sky? 2. Who is so stupid as to hand over a huge order of 35 billion to such a small company?
Whether it is pie in the sky or not is irrelevant; but what is certain is that this big order belongs to the Taiwan military; and it is not a fishing boat, but a warship; and it is not a warship that Taiwan has ever built, but a minehunter that has never been touched before.
Qingfu’s contracting of 6 minehunting ships for Taiwan’s military was revealed to everyone a few days ago by Uncle Tiao. It was a financial crisis, but it was a pity that it was not done thoroughly. This time there is new information, involving a lot of mysteries.
After Qingfu met with Tsai Ing-wen, the defense department rushed to send 2.4 billion
The Kuomintang representative Ma Wenjun, who had been closely monitoring Qingfu’s financial situation and repeatedly warned the Tsai administration, recently received a recording. The content of the recording is that in October last year, Qingfu Vice Chairman Chen Weizhi (the son of Qingfu’s boss) invited Kaohsiung City Marine Director Wang Duanren and researchers from the Fisheries Department to the Qingfu Building to discuss the issue of land acquisition at Xingda Port in Kaohsiung. In order to show that Tsai Ing-wen's administration "takes this case seriously", Chen Weizhi generously revealed that he had approached Tsai Ing-wen's office, so he could obtain the third installment of the performance payment in advance.

Chen Weizhi revealed in the recording that on September 27 last year, he asked the Navy for 2.4 billion. The Taiwan Navy said that it had no budget and had to wait until March this year to pay. "I want to say that I am finished. There are still many manufacturers asking me for money, and the ship , mold removal all cost money, so I had no choice but to go to Cai’s Office to ‘communicate’. After the communication, within two days the Navy said it had money.”
listened: “After the communication, within two days the Navy said it had money” – “Within two days the Navy said it had money” – “It has money”... Are you surprised? Is it surprising? It doesn't matter if you are shy in your head. Come to Tsai Ing-wen's office to have a chat and solve the problem immediately. This kind of "high efficiency" is the real attitude towards doing things ~

Chen Weizhi also emphasized to those present that Tsai Ing-wen's office is very supportive of this case, "otherwise they will be very ugly. If there is a problem with the self-built warship, it will affect Lockheed Martin, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Italy. It is international."
Of course, Tsai Ing-wen will not personally respond to this recording, and the Tsai Ing-wen office completely denies that there is no such thing. Liu Jianxin, who acted as Secretary-General of Tsai's Office during this time last year, also denied having any contact; Taiwan military personnel also said that there was no pressure from Tsai's Office. I made my attitude clear: If there is a recording, I will give you a hard time denying it.
But the problem is that the 2.4 billion yuan paid by Taiwan’s defense department is unreasonable. In July last year, Ma Wenjun asked the defense department to pay attention to Qingfu’s financial situation. Last year, he also proposed freezing one-tenth of the minehunter’s budget for this year. Unexpectedly, the defense department had already paid Qingfu the money at the end of last year. It’s just a rush to give away money!
Ma Wenjun said that in March this year, she continued to track whether the defense department paid Qingfu’s third installment, but the defense department denied it at the time.Unexpectedly, the report submitted by the defense department to the "Legislative Yuan" in October this year actually stated that 2.4 billion had been paid in December last year. Isn't this just telling lies~
Now that things are basically clear, the situation is very embarrassing, but the Taiwan Navy Command still has to bite the bullet and explain that according to the progress of the mine hunter project contract, the third phase was originally scheduled to be completed in December 2016, and the budget was set for payment in 2017. This is the same situation as Ma Wenjun said, normal progress, so why give it in advance? The Taiwan Navy said that the shipbuilding progress of Qingfu Company was advanced to September 27, 2016. In order to avoid a breach of contract, it paid in advance.

The question is, if the progress is ahead of schedule, can we just give it as promised? Ma Wenjun said that the budget has provisions for implementation, so how can Qingfu give money when he is short of money? Although there was no budget for this last year, could you find a way to allocate some money to Qing Fu? Is it true, as the recording says, that Office Cai is in the middle of everything? It should be made clear.
It is worth noting that Qingfu handled the payment request on December 6, and the Taiwan Navy paid Qingfu on December 16. It only took 10 days to misappropriate funds from the defense department and other military services to collect 2.4 billion yuan. How dare the Navy carry out such a huge "fund transfer" without high-level coordination?
Who is Qingfu? Why so X?
Compared with Ma Wenjun’s questioning, what may be more relevant to us is who is Qingfu? Why can I get in and out of Cai’s office and get 2.4 billion in minutes? Tainan Congressman Xie Longjie said some things in a political commentary program.
Xie Longjie said that the Democratic Progressive Party has always had two sets of standards. When Ma Ying-jeou received Qingfu's petition letter, he would be labeled as a political shady. Later, it was discovered that Tsai Ing-wen also received the petition letter, and the operation was the same as Ma Ying-jeou, so nothing happened. In addition, Qingfu sent five letters to Tsai Ing-wen, but only the first one was forwarded to the administrative agency by Tsai Ing-wen, and the other four letters were not forwarded. Why wasn't it transferred out? Xie Longjie mentioned one thing:

In addition, due to the financial crisis, the person in charge of Qingfu may have more than 20 billion bad debts, but he was not taken into custody, and the bail amount was only 8 million. Why?

It’s easy to understand in this way, after all, people have short hands. However, the recording was leaked only recently. Before that, Lvying and Lai Qingde had different faces.
At that time, the "Power of the Times" Huang Guochang of the Democratic Republic of China was facing the crisis of being dismissed. In order to show his political performance, he used political language to direct the Qingfu case to the Ma authorities, which may involve fraud, which aroused concern. The most important thing is that Lai Qingde also showed the iron will of "thorough investigation without limit" in the "Legislative Yuan", claiming that he would be transferred when necessary and replaced when necessary.
Taiwan media commented that Green Camp initially positioned the Qingfu case as a "remnant of poison from the previous dynasty" and focused on how the bid was obtained, so the targets of accountability were officials from the previous dynasty. What is paradoxical is that since the Tsai administration believes that there is something wrong with the whole case, why has the "520" been protecting Qingfu at all times since it came to power?
Since the prosecutors investigated the suspected loan fraud case of Qingfu using the tender to contract for the construction of a minehunter ship, many doubts have yet to be solved. People want to know the truth about the minehunter case. Unexpectedly, the case has become a tool for vicious political battles within the Democratic Progressive Party and a battlefield for the Kaohsiung mayoral primary election. It has blurred the focus and weakened the pursuit of the truth. It runs counter to the public's desire to get a full picture of the incident.
