Taiwan media "ETtoday News Cloud" released the latest poll of the mayor of New Taipei on the 18th. In response, Wei An also immediately posted a message saying that Hou Youyi's poll data showed three highlights: First, the average support for the mayor's election is 60%, far surpassing other possible candidates: If Chen Shizhong, the head of the health department of the Democratic Progressive Party, Hou Youyi's support is 59.4%, and Chen Shizhong is 29.3%, and the support is 30.1. Percentage points; if the DPP sends former Taiwan leader Chen Jianren, then Hou Youyi’s support level is 60.1%, Chen Jianren is 29.0%, and the support level gap is 31.1 percentage points; if the DPP sends former head of transportation authorities Lin Jialong, then Hou Youyi’s support level is 62.3%, and Lin Jialong is 25.3%, and the support level gap is 37.0 percentage points; if the DPP sends the "Green Committee" Luo Zhizheng, then Hou Youyi’s support level is 68.1%: Luo Zhizheng is only 18.1%, and the support level gap is 50.0 percentage points.
Wei An continued to point out that young people have not only led the support level in terms of support from 20 to 29 years old, 30 to 39 years old, but also have an astonishing gap in leadership. In these two age groups, compared with other candidates, they beat Chen Jianren by at least 53.2% 27.3% (30-39 years old), and the others have an average support level of 60%, which is more than twice the opponent.

Wei An summarized that there is no room for unexpected possibilities for the results of the 2022 New Taipei mayoral election. Hou Youyi's political achievements have been tested by citizens for more than three years.
