After the collapse of a particularly serious "4.29" self-built house for residents in Changsha, Taoyuan County held a special meeting to make emergency deployment and take immediate action. On the afternoon of May 1, the county party secretary and county magistrate presided over the county's self-built house rectification and production safety scheduling meeting, and issued the "Urgent Notice on the Large-scale Inspection and Remediation of Existing Houses in the County" and deployed the investigation and rectification work tasks; on May 2, the county magistrate in charge of the county government led a team to organize government offices, housing and construction, urban management, housing and security centers, architectural design institutes and other units to inspect houses around densely populated places such as county urban areas, urban suburban junctions, urban villages, school hospitals and other places; on the afternoon of May 3, The provincial government inspection team conducted an inspection and rectification of safety hazards in Taoyuan County by listening to situation reports, on-site visits, discussions and reviewing documents and materials. We must adhere to the common responsibility of the "four parties", strengthen the local responsibilities of the party and government, departmental supervision responsibilities, the main responsibilities of the house owner (user), and personal protection responsibilities, and gather a joint force for the whole people to participate and work together. At the same time, relevant units of the county townships (streets) have drawn special personnel to set up special working teams and inspection teams to carry out "dragnet-style" inspections of housing construction safety hazards across the county; set up a housing safety appraisal expert team and technical appraisal team to conduct on-site identification and resolution of suspected C and D dangerous houses reported by various units and townships (streets).
In addition, the county took the lead in the two offices, and each unit selected technical backbones to quickly set up six special work inspection teams to inspect the safety hazard inspection of 28 townships (streets).
