According to the "Letter of the Fangshan Branch of the Beijing Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Commission on the Review Opinions of the "Multiple Plan Integrated" Collaborative Platform for the Land Supply Project of the B4 Comprehensive Commercial Financial Services, R2 Class II Residence and A33 Basic Education Land Supply Project of Land Supply Projects" (Beijing Registration Self-Secretary Services No. [2021] 0005), "Contract for the Transfer of State-owned Construction Land Use Rights" (Beijing Registration Self-Secretary [Economic] No. [2022] No. 0056) and other related documents, after research, Beijing Jianbang Jingcheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. has agreed to the development and construction of the R2 Class II Residence and A33 Basic Education Land Supply Project of the Jiashiyuan Phase III, Xilu Street, Fangshan District. The following is the approval for the relevant approval matters:
1. Construction location: , Xilu Street, Fangshan District. The specific land use scope shall be determined by the planning and natural resources management department.
2. Planning land: The total planned land area is 48,701 square meters . The specific planned land use indicators shall be approved by the planning and natural resources management department.
3. Planning and construction scale and content: Construction control scale is 111831 square meters (excluding underground area), and the construction content is residential and supporting facilities, kindergarten . The specific construction scale indicators are approved by the planning and natural resources management department.
4. Investment estimate and funding source: The total investment estimate is 2412.83 million yuan, and all the funds required are raised and resolved by Beijing Jianbang Jingcheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.
5. This approval is attached with a "Commentary Opinion on the Approval of Construction Project Bidding Plan". The project unit is requested to carry out the bidding work in accordance with the law. During the implementation of the construction project, if there are special circumstances that require the change of the bidding plan , it shall be reported to the Municipal Development and Reform Commission for re-approval.
6. This approval is valid for 2 years. If the annual investment plan is not processed within the validity period or the extension approval is not obtained, the overdue period will automatically expire.
