3 reservation method
all vaccination vaccination is subject to online appointments, and telephone and on-site appointments are not accepted. Citizens can make an appointment through the [Healthy Shaanxi Public Service] mini program.
Appointment method: first get the card, then make an appointment with (you can make a successful appointment with the vaccine in two steps, it is super simple!)
1. Apply for an electronic health card and follow [Healthy Shaanxi Public Service] WeChat official account. Click on the "Health Account" at the bottom menu bar → "Tap + Apply for an Electronic Health Card" → Fill in personal information as required/users with cards can authorize with one click → Successfully apply for an Electronic Health Card.
2, HPV vaccine appointment process: Click "Vaccination Appointment" → select the vaccine type → select the vaccination site → select the vaccination time → confirm the appointment → make a successful appointment.

The first shot reservation was successfully made. Taoyuan Community Health Service Center supports Alipay, WeChat and cash payments. The second and third shots will no longer be made online appointments. You only need to vaccinate according to the time scheduled by the staff.
Important Notes
Those who make a reservation should go to the vaccination clinic for vaccination with the original valid ID card during the appointment vaccination time; only those who make an appointment are vaccinated by the person themselves and may not be transferred; those who make a successful appointment should go to the clinic for vaccination strictly according to the appointment time period, and expired will be invalid.

It is recommended that 1 dose of vaccination will be given in 0, 2 and 6 months (the 0, 1 and 4 months can also be selected), totaling 3 doses; the first dose and the second dose will be at least 1 month apart, and the second dose and the third dose will be at least 3 months apart, and the 3 doses should be completed within 1 year. Contraindications for
vaccination: people are allergic to Saccharomyces cerevisiae and vaccine components; people with fever, severe organic diseases, severe allergic constitution and those who use immunoglobulin or blood products within three months should not be vaccinated; pregnant women and breastfeeding women should not be vaccinated; women are not recommended for vaccination during pregnancy.
To ensure that you complete the first vaccination of this vaccine smoothly and happily, if you have the above vaccination taboos, please postpone your appointment.
Other matters
1, successful appointments can receive this vaccine during menstruation; the interval between new crown vaccine and other vaccinations is at least 14 days longer.
2, This appointment is only for people with Xi'an household registration or holding a Xi'an residence certificate. Non-local household registration in Xi'an can participate in the appointment. In addition to the
3 and prevention of cervical cancer, in addition to the HPV vaccine , regular cervical screening is essential.
4, The number of quadrivalent HPV vaccines vaccinated this time is limited. Please make an appointment for vaccination as soon as possible. Residents are advised not to believe information on quadrivalent HPV vaccines from other channels to prevent being deceived. The quadrivalent HPV vaccines vaccinated this time are limited in quantity, and the manufacturer will supply them one by one in batches in the future. Please wait patiently.
