In accordance with the relevant policies of the Yunnan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and Yunnan Provincial Department of Finance "Notice on the Related Parameters of Basic Pension Insurance and Work-Injury Insurance in the Province in 2022" (Yun Renhe Social Security [2022] No. 44) and the "Notice on Issuing the Implementation Measures for the Expansion and Delay of the Social Security Policy of Phase-delayed Payment in Yunnan Province" (Yun Renhe Social Security [2022] No. 22), we will now inform you about the relevant matters of flexible employment personnel participating in the declaration and verification of urban employees' basic pension insurance in 2022:
1. Insurance conditions
Flexible employment personnel over the age of 16 (excluding full-time students) to statutory retirement age , they can apply for insurance registration with the insured ID card (or household registration book).
2. Payment base and payable amount standards
In 2022, individual flexible employment personnel have 25 payment levels for insured personnel to choose independently. For each payment level, please refer to the "2022 Individual Flexible Employees Payment Base and Payment Situation Table". Once the payment base is determined by the payment personnel, it cannot be changed within this year.
3. Payment time
The deadline for declaration and payment in this year is December 23, 2022, and the deadline for overdue payment will no longer be accepted. (Please complete the declaration and payment from October and November from the 1st to the 25th of the same month)
4. Payment declaration
2022 basic pension insurance payment declaration for individual flexible employment personnel shall be carried out according to the principle of first declaration and then payment. Individual flexible employment insured personnel can choose the following method to declare.
(I) Self-service declaration and verification. Insured persons can apply and verify by themselves through the Social Security Personal Network Hall and Yunnan Human Resources and Social Security 12333 mobile APP. After determining the payment level and amount according to the declaration process, the system will promptly push the approved information to the tax department.
(II) window declaration and verification. Insured persons can go to the Longyang District Government Service Center (1st Floor, Building A, Media Building) or the Tongren Street Collection Hall of the District Taxation Bureau (northwest side of the intersection of Tongren Street and Longquan Road) to issue an approval form according to the level they choose, and then the social security agency will promptly push the approved information to the tax department.
5. Payment method
After the pension insurance premium payment is successfully declared in 2022, you can pay the fee through the following methods:
(1) Self-declaration and payment. Insured persons can follow the WeChat official account of "Yunnan Provincial Electronic Taxation Bureau" to independently declare and pay fees. Pay the fee in
(II) window. Payment location: Baoshan Longyang District Taxation Bureau of Baoshan City (Tax collection window on the 3rd floor of Building A, Media Building or the collection hall of Tongren Street, District Taxation Bureau)
6. Delay payment for those with difficulties in paying fees in 2022
Individual flexible employment personnel who participate in the basic pension insurance for enterprise employees as individuals, if they have difficulty paying basic pension insurance premiums in 2022, they can voluntarily postpone payment. Payments can be continued in 2023, and the payment period is calculated in the cumulative amount; for basic pension insurance premiums that have not been paid in 2022, they should be paid in a supplementary manner before December 15, 2023. The payment base shall be independently selected within the upper and lower limits of the individual payment base implemented in 2023. If the supplementary payment is not completed within the prescribed time limit, the supplementary payment will not be processed after the deadline.
7. Warm reminder
(I) Once the payment base is confirmed, it cannot be changed within this year. Please carefully check the payment level when handling business.
(II) To avoid congestion, the district human resources and social security bureau has added a handling window, please abide by public order and queue up in an orderly manner.
(III) Strictly implement normal epidemic prevention and control measures. People who pay fees must do a good job in personal protection, strictly implement the requirements of scanning codes and temperature measurement when entering the office area. Please wear masks throughout the business process.
