In the 40 years since China implemented reform and opening up, Fujian Jinjiang, a former "high-yield and poor county" on the southeast coast, successively gave birth to brands such as Heng'an, Anta , Xtep, Lilang , and Qipai , and gradually grew into a well-known "Chinese Brand Capital" at home and abroad.

The picture shows the market value index of listed companies in Jinjiang City Exhibition Hall. Jinjiang has currently 46 companies that have completed listing, ranking first in China's counties, with a total market value of over 180 billion yuan; there are 78 listed companies on the "New Third Board", TianXianX and SinoX. Nowadays, a generation of entrepreneurs in Jinjiang who have been through the entrepreneurship mud, "the treasure knife is not old", while the second and third generations of "successors" are in their prime. How can the second generation of Jinjiang be "righteous" in their hearts after taking over the "family" made by their fathers and then walking out of their own "road"?
Wang Junqing, born in 1984, is the eldest son of Wang Dongxing, chairman and founder of Lilang (China) Co., Ltd. "Down-to-earth, hard work" is the deepest impression that my father left on him when he started his business.
"I have witnessed the ups and downs that my father went through when he founded the brand." Wang Junqing said, "My father said to me, "I only do one thing in my life. If one thing is done well, you will succeed." My father's expectations run through Wang Junqing's learning path. "He hopes that I will contact more markets and get closer to consumers."
"Brand Capital", "China Shoe Capital", "China Textile Industry Base", "China's Food Industry Strong City", "China's Zipper Capital", "China's Umbrella Capital"... Since the reform and opening up, Jinjiang has been constantly refreshing its "appearance", and entrepreneurs have passed through barriers. Nowadays, many private enterprises in Jinjiang are facing an important stage of industrial upgrading and inheritance of new and old. The government of Jinjiang City has accurately implemented the "Pilot Plan" aimed at improving the quality of " Creation Second Generation ", gathering a group of second-generation young entrepreneurs who dare to break and want to do it.
Hong Yihan, who looks quiet, is a student of the second phase of the "Pilot Plan" and serves as general manager of Jinjiang Fengxing Garment Co., Ltd. founded by his father. "I am not a child born with a golden spoon in my mouth. Instead, my parents' hard work has accompanied me in growing up."
is different from the traditional production model of my parents. Hong Yihan pays more attention to technology research and development and core technologies. In her opinion, "the new generation needs the experience and guidance of our parents, and our parents also need our vitality and spirit of development."
Through the training and exchange meeting of the "Pilot Plan", Hong Yihan often communicated with the "Second Generation of Creation" in Jinjiang, and benefited a lot in this process. Unlike the "creation generation" that started from scratch, the "creation generation" that took over with the halo of high education is mostly active in thinking and has the unique sensitivity of young people to new things.

Jinjiang people often sing two songs: "Only if you fight, you will win" and "The Mood of a Prodigal Son", which represents the hard work and struggle of young entrepreneurs in Jinjiang: "I understand the meaning of life, I understand that when there is no fun, I want to live a good life, I want to start over..."
Hong Binghuang, born in 1991, had a "star dream" and also did a small business before returning to his father's business to take over. "Young people always have many novel ideas, and many thoughts will suddenly flash." Hong Binghuang said that he has been struggling in the factory since he was a child. When he was 12 years old, he talked with his father about "improving the company's organizational structure". "It seems like a natural thing to take over, but I can't sit back and enjoy the success."
Wang Junqing said that for a long time, he has not regarded himself as a "rich second generation", but has demanded himself as a professional manager, "dare to fight, dare to venture, dare to try", and move forward step by step, with confidence and determination to do a better job of the company.
"Doing things down-to-earth is both adventurous and lacking the elements of speculation. These traits are well inherited to the hands of the second generation of Jinjiang entrepreneurs." Wang Chunguang, deputy director and researcher of the Institute of Sociology, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, pointed out that many second generations of Jinjiang enterprises have already quietly taken over. The education level and overseas experience of these young people are far higher than their parents. What is even more rare is that most of them are still sticking to their industry, which is closely related to the tutoring, corporate culture of Jinjiang private entrepreneurs, and the social atmosphere of Jinjiang.
"The second generation of entrepreneurs in Jinjiang have a stronger ability to accept science and technology and new things than their parents." Huang Jianhua, deputy director of the Organization Department of the Jinjiang Municipal Party Committee and director of the Talent Office, believes that in the future innovation and development, many "second generations of creative generations" in Jinjiang have greater potential.
