According to Taiwan media reports, the Kuomintang sold 7 office buildings this morning (7th). Among them, three buildings located in Hsinchu County, Hualien County and Chiayi City were successfully bid out. The total bid amount was 11.441,200 yuan (NT$, the same below), which was nearly one million yuan higher than the base price. Party officials said that since the registration of the party leader has not been completed, the contract will be signed with the previous wave of three buildings in Taitung that have been delisted, with a total of about 41.74 million yuan, which will be used to pay the pension for the arrears of retirement and the fired party workers.
The Kuomintang sold office buildings in Miaoli County, Kaohsiung City, Hualien County, Taitung City and Chiayi City to the public at the end of March. On that day, only three buildings including Taitung City Cultural Building, the Party Department of Jiuludao Township, and the Party Department of Jiuchangbin Township in Taitung County were successfully bid for the bid, and no one bids for the remaining seven office buildings.
The Kuomintang made a comeback this morning and bid for another external bid, successfully bidding three buildings, located in Xinpu Town, Hsinchu County, Ji'an Township, Hualien County, East District, Chiayi City, etc. The bidding base price was 2.15 million yuan, 3.33 million yuan, and 5.01 million yuan, with the bid amounts of 2.5 million yuan, 3.33 million yuan, and 5.611,200 yuan, and a profit of 951,200 yuan.
The other four transactions are located in Sanwan District, Miaoli County, Fengbin Township, Hualien County, Beinan Township, Taitung County, Fengshan District, Kaohsiung City and other land or buildings. Someone came to receive the bid in advance, but no one came to bid.
Kuomintang party affairs personnel said that the registration of the party leader will be completed in the near future, and the contract can be signed with the previous wave of bidders. The total bid amount will be about 41.74 million yuan, and all of them will be transferred to a special account to pay the pension and preferential deposits for retired party workers, as well as a large amount of capital contributions such as firing employees.
