"After this year's epidemic, we recruited 289 new employees, and currently 531 disabled people work and live here." This young man who was diagnosed with brittle bone disease at birth has been wandering on the streets for 6 years. "Later, when I met my lover, I didn't want my beloved to live a wandering life in the open and wandering life." Jiao Jinyang said that when applying for the job, the factory leaders were very moved when they heard his story. In the end, he and his wife became employees of Sunshine Factory. "Now I feel that life is valuable and dignified, with stable income, with 'five insurances and one fund', and can also use my expertise, which is very happy!" In fact, at Foxconn Sunshine Factory, every employee has unknown bitter stories. Various reasons lead to physical disability, the reasons for misfortune vary greatly, and life experiences are different, but without exception, they have regained their lives, confidence, ideals and values ​​at Foxconn.

Sun Dongya, from Dengfeng, Henan, was amputated when he was 7 years old because his right hand was wrapped in a belt by a machine, and he was in a low-key manner. At Foxconn Sunshine Factory, he not only slowly opened his heart and integrated into the collective, but also gained love. He will hold a wedding with his coworker Sun Bingyan at the end of the year.

Huang Lifeng, suffering from congenital polio, has been wandering around the country for more than 10 years. Sometimes he goes to the trash can to pick up things and eat when he doesn't want to beg for money. Later, he met a kind-hearted fellow villager in Xingyang and brought him back and sent him to Foxconn Sunshine Factory. Now he not only buys a mobile phone and an electric car, but also rents a house outside to live in by himself.

Qiao Tianwei was born in Luohe . When he was three years old, he suffered a serious illness and had a disability in both legs. Later, he was controlled by the underworld and forced to go out to perform and beg for fun. After escaping, he opened a shoe repair shop and went out to sing and selling skills... Walk into the workshop, dormitory, restaurant and treatment room of Foxconn Sunshine Factory and you will find that this is a workshop specially "tailored" for people with severe disabilities."Generally speaking, companies recruit employees to choose the right candidate based on their position. But at Foxconn Sunshine Factory, what they can do is consider what they can do. Sunshine Factory adopts a five-day working system, and the working hours are arranged in the "4+2+2" mode every day, that is, 4 hours of work, 2 hours of training, and 2 hours of rehabilitation. In the engineering therapy room, there are more than 80 sets of various equipment specially designed for the rehabilitation of the disabled, including finger muscle strength training tables, lower limb rehabilitation power vehicles, leg muscle group training chairs, etc. Whether it is the dormitory, workshop, or restaurant, there are ramps for wheelchairs to enter and exit, and there are also wheelchair dining spaces with large space in the restaurant. Staff are responsible for making meals and tidying up the dining trays. There is also a free hairdressing area, a laundry area and a bathing area in Sunshine Factory. "We implement a 24-hour duty system." Sun Fengmei, a staff member in charge of safety management in Sunshine Workshop, told reporters, "For employees living in the dormitory, we will check the number of people in the dormitory at night. Those who do not live in the dormitory are required to report safety after they arrive home. Each power socket in the dormitory will be held responsible for people to ensure 100% safety."

In addition, Sunshine Workshop has recruited 4 psychological counselors to serve disabled employees. On the desk of psychological counselor Liu Yunchao, there is a thick investigation registration form. This form is designed by him. Whenever a new employee joins, he will chat with the employee, understand his experience and psychological status and register. "Many employees have experienced ups and downs, and they will have some problems in their hearts. Many people have not lived in collective life and have poor binding force on their behavior." Liu Yunchao introduced, "After understanding the situation, we will arrange enthusiastic old employees to live in a dormitory with these employees with psychological problems, so that everyone can care about him and help him. It is understood that Foxconn Technology Group currently has more than 1,400 disabled employees in Henan. "The reason why we chose a special site to build this disabled factory in 2017 is to provide employees with severely disabled people with better and more suitable working and living conditions for severely disabled employees." Zhang Zhanwu, deputy general manager of Foxconn, told reporters.

The entire process of building Foxconn Sunshine Factory, Liu Zuolin, director of the Zhengzhou Disabled Persons' Federation Employment Center, is a participant and witness. At the back of his electric bike, his coworkers specially designed clamps and plastic buckets for him to use crutches at any time, so that he can use crutches at any time.
