WPBSA announced the return of the 2022/23 WPBSA Q Tour event.
In the first event held last year, Sean O'Sullivan and Julian Leclerc won professional qualifications for the next two years. This season, Q Tour will continue to provide a path to the Pro Tour for snooker amateur elite players.
This series of events will be expanded to hold at least six races, four of which will be held in the UK and two other races in the European continent. The first-ranked player at the end of the event will directly obtain a two-year professional qualification, and another professional qualification will be determined by the playoffs composed of the top 16 players.
will have a prize of £12,000 per tournament, with the top player and playoff winners who will receive a prize of £2,000 after joining the Pro Tour.

All Q Tour events will be held in the official "147 Club" recognized by the Taiwan Association of England.

Event registration:
We will contact 48 eligible players directly via email and provide entry instructions. Each player will need to pay a £300 entry fee before 12 noon on July 22 to ensure a seat in each race.
After the deadline, if there are players who give up the competition or fail to pay the participation fee, we will substitute them according to the Q School ranking until the 48th player is full with the match. Subsubsidized players will apply before 12:00 noon on July 26.
Q Tour Qualification Competition registration will be open to all players at the latest on July 27. Considering the actual situation of each competition, the number of places to register for the qualifying match will be adjusted at any time, and we will meet all players who want to register as much as possible.
