Sun Fenghua, Secretary of the Party Group and Chairman of the Provincial Women's Federation, delivered a speech at the meeting, comprehensively summarizing the new achievements made by the Provincial Women's Federation innovating organization construction and participating in social governance, analyzing the new situation, new tasks and new requirements currently facing, and making arrangements for Women's Federation organizations to continue to innovate organization construction, participate in social governance, and promote the work of rights protection and stability maintenance in an integrated manner. She pointed out that in recent years, women's federations at all levels in the province have taken deepening reform as the driving force to vigorously promote organizational innovation, mechanism innovation and method innovation. The organizational foundation for women's federation organizations to participate in social governance has become more solid, and the social governance system that integrates politics, rule of law, moral governance, autonomy and intelligence governance has become more effective. The innovative achievements of women's federations such as the prevention and resolution of marriage and family conflicts and disputes have become more prominent, and women and children's rights protection services have become more powerful.
She demanded that women's federation organizations at all levels should improve their position and fully realize that participating in social governance is an important political task assigned by the Party to women's federation organizations and an urgent need to serve the overall economic and social development. We should effectively enhance our sense of responsibility and mission, find the right position, strive to be the first, promote the mutual integration and promotion of women's federation organization reform and participation in social governance, and focus on four aspects of work. First, we must continue to deepen the reform of the Women's Federation, focus on the "three dimensions" of vertical and horizontal expansion, and extend the arms to expand the organization, build a solid "three positions" for women's homes, women's children's homes, and women's micro-homes to provide services, implement the "three measures" of promoting norms through institutional constraints, improving quality through education and training, and increasing vitality through incentives and guarantees, and strive to build a more complete organizational system to participate in social governance, and give full play to the important role of grassroots women's federation organizations in social governance. Second, we must strictly implement the responsibility system for ideological work with a sense of responsibility of "always rest assured", strengthen positive publicity and guidance, promote the close combination of legal protection of rights and care services, clearly reflect the consistent propositions and clear attitudes of the Party and the government in safeguarding the rights and interests of women and children, and effectively safeguard political security in the women's field and maintain social harmony and stability.Third, we must demonstrate our unique role, highlight the advantages of marriage and family , deepen the family civilization creation actions, strengthen family education guidance services, carry out regular inspections and resolution of potential risks of marriage and family risks, and continue to promote the professional improvement of marriage and family counseling services and go to the grassroots level, advocate new civilized trends, and give full play to the important role of family education and family style in grassroots social governance. Fourth, we must adhere to prevention first, continuously improve the rights protection service mechanism led by the Party and the government, increase participation from the source, widely carry out the "Eighth Five-Year Plan" legal publicity, and do a good job in the "Four Rights Protection Things" of Grassroots Women's Federations to establish files, visits, reports, and assistance, and strive to optimize the work environment, legal environment and social environment for protecting rights in accordance with the law, and effectively do the work of protecting rights in normal times, grasp it regularly, and put it into the grassroots level, so that women and children's sense of gain, happiness and security will be more fulfilling, more secure, and more sustainable.
