Natural Specialized and new "Little Giant"
Specialized and new enterprises are excellent representative enterprises that focus on segmenting the market, master key core technologies, have strong innovation capabilities and good growth potential. Today we are introducing you to the national specialized and new "little giant" enterprise —Hubei Hongcheng General Machinery Co., Ltd.
Hubei Hongcheng General Machinery Co., Ltd., founded in 1956, is a national high-tech enterprise and a national specialized and special "little giant" enterprise. For more than 60 years, it has adhered to the "big, high, special, and new" product strategy, and has accumulated rich advanced valve design and manufacturing technology and experience, especially in the design and manufacturing of ultra-large high-end valves with core technologies and obvious comparative advantages. The company independently designed and manufactured the largest DN6000 turbine water inlet butterfly valve in the same industry in China. It was successfully delivered to the Luyantan Hydropower Station in Fujian in November 2016. The DN5780 turbine water inlet butterfly valve was successfully delivered to the Kariba South Bank Hydropower Station in Zimbabwe abroad in April 2017. After five years of live operation, the two products have reported advanced technology, stable quality, reliable operation and excellent service, and have been well received by domestic and foreign users. Among them, the DN5780 turbine water inlet butterfly valve was rated as the best product by the 16th Bureau of the Water Resources and won the "Luban Award" of the Bureau.
In September 2021, the company successfully inherited the Dongdian Tanzania Giulino project 5 DN6350 super-large turbine water inlet butterfly valves, and the 3 DN7500 super-large turbine water inlet butterfly valves in the Tabera project in Harbin, Pakistan, which twice set the record of the same industry in the domestic industry. Among them, the DN7500 super-large turbine water inlet butterfly valves are the world's largest, further improving the company's design and manufacturing level and making new contributions to the progress and development of China's valve industry.
