From July 2014 to July 2018, Zhu Ruihao served as deputy director and director of the Humanities and Publishing Department of the Cultural Administration Department. It is understood that after Zhu Ruihao failed to invest in 2010, he separated from his original wife and often went to hotels to spend money. Zhu Ruihao was responsible for the procurement case and served as the selection committee member. In addition, during his tenure as the "Director" in 2015, Zhu Ruihao was suspected of soliciting 780,000 yuan in bribes from Lu Qinzheng and Zhou Junliang, the chief and vice chairman of the Taipei Publishing and Commercial Association, and also accepted outbound entertainment. He also assisted two people in obtaining 10 subsidies and bids for book fairs totaling about 22.79 million yuan. The prosecution has filed a public prosecution and is currently being tried by the first instance court.
