At the second community proposal competition in Xitun Street, Chifeng City Notary Office’s family legal service proposal won the titles of “Top Ten Proposals” and “Potential Star”. Party members were organized to come to the door to work overtime to handle more than 450 foreign notarizations for more than 50 Pakistani students, and issued notarizations for international students as quickly as possible. Strictly standardize the handling of notarization of authorization involving property transfer, and implement substantive review of notarization of power of attorney. In order to enrich the investigation and verification personnel, Chifeng City Notary Office hired lawyers to participate in the investigation and verification work. In 2017, a total of 118 investigation reports were issued, including 41 investigations and 77 telephone verifications. Through the WeChat query channel established with the marriage registration office, 947 marriage records were queried. After review by notary and investigators, 7 false certificates were found, 11 false inheritance statements, 9 false marriage registration records, and 3 false academic certificates were found. In order to avoid the occurrence of "fake persons and fake certificates", Chifeng City Notary Office has equipped the certificate identification machine in the certificate application site, requiring all parties involved in notarization to compare the certificates. It is equipped with a notarized IDC system, which can be logged in through a mobile phone or computer, and is connected to the banking system and telecommunications system to compare the consistency of the party's bank card and mobile phone number to further verify the authenticity of the subject. After the system is enabled, 2,259 freshmen from 6 kindergartens in the city were handled on-site supervision and notarization, including 530 stalls in the Lishui Riverside Market, and other on-site supervision and notarization, ensuring the smooth and orderly progress of government-related work. Chifeng City Notary Office selected 9 staff members to work in the Public Resources Trading Center to handle notarization affairs such as bidding, bid opening, bid evaluation and bidding determination throughout the process. We participated in the renovation projects of Qiaobei New City, Songbei New City and Hongshan District shantytowns, and handled legal documents, inventory and preservation of evidence for demolished houses, housing number selection, affordable housing, low-rent housing number selection, evaluation agency selection meeting, hearing, etc., effectively ensuring the smooth implementation of key government engineering projects. Provide notarized legal services for targeted poverty alleviation, 254 breeding and breeding agreements were handled for villagers in Damiao Town, Songshan District and Chutoulang Town, and 65 agricultural greenhouse construction contracts were handled in Damiao Town, Songshan District. Preparations for judicial assistance work are carried out, and currently two notary personnel are dispatched in the Hongshan District People's Court of Chifeng City and Songshan District People's Court of Chifeng City respectively.
