After receiving the clue, the Criminal Police Brigade of Yifeng County Public Security Bureau immediately analyzed and judged the case. It was found that the funds that the victim Mr. Chen had been defrauded were transferred to the bank account of Wan Moumou, a resident of Xinzhuang Town, Yifeng County. On April 21, the Criminal Police Brigade of the County Public Security Bureau and Xinzhuang Police Station arrested the suspect Wan Mouguo. After investigation, Wan Mouguo rented out his account to others at a price of 200 yuan per day. Even though he knew that the funds transferred were fraudulent pensions, he still used his bank account to help others transfer. It turned out that through ordinary observations, Wan Mouguo found that the elderly have sufficient funds on hand, and it is easier to defraud money from the elderly.
