Professor Min Yonggang is a doctoral student at the University of Pennsylvania . He studied under the Nobel Prize in Chemistry - Professor Alan G. MacDiarmid, the winner of the 2005 " National Outstanding Youth Science Foundation " and introduced an innovation team in Guangdong Province's "Pearl River Talent Program". He has worked in three Fortune 500 companies and two internationally renowned universities. Main research directions: functional and high-performance polymer materials (polyimide, PEEK, conductive polymer), graphene-like 2-dimensional material and flexible devices, photoresist for semiconductors and advanced PCB packaging technology (burial technology, SiP, SoC), etc.; presided over a number of national projects: key projects of the Natural Science Foundation and the Joint Fund, and key R&D projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
He has won the Dean Award of Los Alamos National Laboratory in the United States, the U.S. National Bureau of Standards NIST/ATP and DAPAR funding, the Manufacturing Association (NCMS) Technology Invention Award, the Printed Circuit Board Association (TPCA) Contribution Award, the China Ministry of Science and Technology Industry-Academic-Research Cooperation Innovation Award and Innovation Demonstration Enterprise Award, and the Ministry of Education's 6th "Internet +" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Teachers and Students Group Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. Professor Min Yonggang has also had profound academic achievements. He has presided over more than 20 national and provincial and municipal projects such as the National Outstanding Youth Science Foundation and the National Natural Science Foundation, published more than 130 SCI papers, more than 100 international conference papers, and applied for more than 300 domestic and foreign patents.
