Although the vaccination work in Toronto has been fully launched, many people are still not very clear about where they should get vaccinated, what vaccines to get, and how to make an appointment to register. For this reason, the Toronto Star answers these questions one by one.

Overall, Toronto currently provides vaccines to qualified residents in four ways, namely:
—the vaccine center operated by the city government;
—the hospital;
—pharmacy;
—mobile or temporary clinic. The vaccines and appointment registration methods provided by the four methods of vaccination are not exactly the same.
Vaccine station operated by the municipal government
Object: Residents aged 60 in 2021; Residents aged 50 and above in 53 hot spot neighborhoods; Qualified special educators and primary and secondary school educators.
vaccine: Currently, Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are available.

Location: The city government now has 9 vaccine centers open:
Metro Toronto Convention Centre, 255 Front St. W.;
Toronto Congress Centre, 650 Dixon Rd.;
Scarborough Town Centre, 300 Borough Dr.;
Malvern Community Recreation Centre, 30 Sewells Rd.;
Mitchell Field Arena, 89 Church Ave.;
The Hangar, 75 Carl Hall Rd.;
Cloverdale Mall, 250 The East Mall;
North Toronto Memorial Community Centre, 200 Eglinton Ave. W.
Carmine Stefano Community Centre, 3100 Weston Rd.
The opening hours of these vaccine centers are from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Hospital's vaccine station
Object: Although the vaccination objects of each hospital are designed for the service area, each hospital is also slightly different. If the age standard is usually 60 years old or above, the hot spots are 50 years old or above. At the same time, hospitals also provide vaccines to priority groups, such as Aboriginal people, people living in hot spots, healthcare workers and people with illnesses at high risk, but the latter may vary from hospital to hospital. It should be noted that some hospitals no longer provide appointment services to the public.

Location: several hospitals in the city of Toronto, including but not limited to: the University Health Network, Unity Health Toronto, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, East Toronto Health Partners, Scarborough Health Network, North York Toronto Health Partners, Humber River Hospital, William Osler Health System, North Toronto Ontario Health Team and Baycrest and The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
It should be noted that many hospitals require them to be in their own service areas, and each hospital has different requirements for vaccination subjects, so you should go to the specific hospital to learn more about their dynamics and updates at any time.
Pharmacy vaccine station
Object: Toronto residents aged 55 or above.
Appointment: Find the pharmacies closest to the residence, including Shoppers, Rexall, Costco and Walmart. You can make an appointment via the website or telephone: https://covid-19.ontario.ca/vaccine-locations; some pharmacies also provide vaccinations that do not require appointments: unofficial walk-in appointments, but some locations are not announced by the company through the media, but are oral from people. Mobile or temporary clinic vaccine station

It must be noted that you must bring your address certificate when you get an injection in a temporary clinic (because it is limited to residents living in high-risk or hot spots).
