Asia-Pacific Enterprise M&A Simulation Competition is an annual event with wide influence between academic circles, business circles and universities in the Asia-Pacific region. It aims to establish a communication platform between teachers and students from across the Taiwan Strait, Hong Kong and Macao, and overseas higher education institutions, and promote dialogue between the business circles and academia. It is a regional and cross-professional platform. Since the competition was first held in 2011, the scale and popularity of the competition have been continuously expanded, and by 2022, it has been successfully held for ten sessions. The competition breaks the traditional model, allowing participating students to personally participate in practical drills for future practice, exchange and discuss a series of issues such as mergers and acquisition plans, industry analysis, and valuation, taxation, and law, achieving seamless connection between the "ivory tower" and social practice, providing future mergers and acquisition elites and dialogue with mergers and acquisition experts to learn. This will surely have a positive and far-reaching impact on promoting youth exchanges and cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region, the development of the merger and acquisition industry, and the cultivation of new generation of mergers and acquisition talents.

The 11th Asia-Pacific Enterprise M&A Simulation Competition will be held offline in Macau next year. Let us look forward to the next event together!
