China Taiwan Network March 24th According to Taiwan's "China Times Electronic News", a man surnamed Lin in Taoyuan beat his son who was only 14 days old just because he couldn't stand the child crying. He even put the child in a cardboard box and asked his parents to bury him casually. He also threatened his girlfriend, surnamed Guo, and , , forbidden to tell the matter. After the trial of Taoyuan District Court, the man was sentenced to 18 years in retaliation based on the fact that the adult deliberately committed the crime of injuring the child to death and recurring crimes, and the entire case can still be appealed.
Looking back at the case, a 47-year-old man named Lin gave birth to a son with his girlfriend named Guo last year. Unexpectedly, the child was only 14 days old. He cried in the early morning and beaten to death by his bare hands. In the morning, Lin Man found that the child had no breath and quickly asked his cousin to take him home to ask his parents for help. In the end, he had no choice but to take him to the emergency room again.
Lin Man lied at the first time that he accidentally fell while helping the child take a shower, causing him to fall into a coma on his head. However, the hospital found that the baby boy's head and face had obvious swelling and injuries, and even bruises, which did not seem to fall to the ground at all, so he immediately reported it. Afterwards, Lin actually put his son in a cardboard box and wanted to bury him hastily, which made the staff of the funeral club suspicious. In the end, Ms. Guo could not bear the condemnation of conscience, so the staff of the funeral club recorded the confession and exposed everything.
Taoyuan District Court today announced that since Lin had a criminal record of obstructing weathering and fraud, he committed another crime within 5 years, and was also a crime of intentionally harming children to death by adults, which constituted two exacerbated sentences.
