In 2006, 22-year-old Zhang Yongsheng graduated from Hebei Mechanical and Electrical Vocational and Technical College and became a repairman in the maintenance class of the fifth branch factory. At the beginning, Zhang Yongsheng had the most contact with semi-automatic ordinary machine tools. In order to be able to stand alone in his work as soon as possible, he became a "cluttered" follower around his master. As long as the master repairs the machine tools, he would help the master while observing and learning, and quickly become familiar with the performance of ordinary machine tools.
With the reform and development of the enterprise, CNC machine tools have been updated. Zhang Yongsheng was secretly happy, " CNC machine tool is full of 'unknown' and is very challenging." What Zhang Yongsheng did not expect was that the CNC system used by the new production equipment is all German Siemens 840D, and the debugging manuals are all in English and German , which looks the same as the "Shu". Generally speaking, the parameters of the machine tool are adjusted. The master often says to Zhang Yongsheng: "Don't make random changes, otherwise you will easily make mistakes and cause accidents if you are not careful." Zhang Yongsheng remembers them all in his heart.
Once, an alarm was reported by a CNC machine tool that could not work normally. It happened that the master was resting and it was Zhang Yongsheng on duty. After receiving the repair report, he wanted to solve the problem by himself, but after one operation, the machine tool problem was not only not solved, but all kinds of alarms that had never appeared before appeared. Zhang Yongsheng was immediately stunned and had to ask his master for help. When the master arrived at the scene, he directly restored the backup after asking the reason, and quickly solved all the problems... This incident touched Zhang Yongsheng a lot, and he decided to "prevent" the CNC machine tool maintenance technology.
In order to make up for shortcomings and find gaps, Zhang Yongsheng bought and borrowed a bunch of CNC machine tool equipment materials, and looked at them every day as fascinated as if holding a "baby". When he encountered difficult equipment failures at work, he often stayed by the machine tool for four or five hours, studied repeatedly, and learned from his master, and organized a "fault repair record book" to facilitate the inquiries and solutions of similar problems in the future. In this way, with his accumulated maintenance experience and increasingly exquisite maintenance skills, Zhang Yongsheng completed the "magnificent turn" from a machine tool repairman to a regional maintenance contractor in just a few years. He could solve all kinds of maintenance problems.
Once, when Zhang Yongsheng was involved in replacing the spindle thrust bearing, he was very knowledgeable and asked about the fundamental reason for the damage of the bearing , which was that the locking cap was loose and caused the spindle to rush, which caused the bearing to be damaged. "If a bearing is damaged, it will cause great waste to the company. We have to find a way to overcome this problem." Zhang Yongsheng's idea coincided with the company's leaders, and the leader also issued an "order": it must be solved!
So, Zhang Yongsheng calmed down and thought of a solution. One day, when he started to reverse the car, he was inspired by the reversing radar alarm sound, so he decided to install a similar alarm on the equipment. In this way, Zhang Yongsheng installed the photoelectric switch on the device. Once the cap is loose and the displacement occurs, the sensor will output a signal and send this signal to PLCh. The PLC then receives a signal command. While the spindle is stopped, the operation panel displays "Please check if the lock female cover is loosened." In the end, without delaying the normal operation of the equipment, seized every emergency repair opportunity. After half a month, Zhang Yongsheng finally adjusted the "station" of the photoelectric switch. With this small innovation, he successfully completed the task assigned by the leader.This innovation was Zhang Yongsheng's first small invention since he joined the work, and opened the door to innovation for him.
As the person in charge of regional maintenance contract, Zhang Yongsheng is aware of the "nature" of each equipment in the area under his jurisdiction. Among the more than 80 processing equipment in the branch factory, nearly 50 roll lathes have been set, accounting for more than half. In order to ensure the safe and efficient operation of this "half of the country", Zhang Yongsheng actively injects innovative thinking in the daily maintenance process and creatively carries out equipment maintenance and renovation. During the roll lathe processing process, the most feared thing is the sudden "roller drop". Once this situation occurs, it will have immeasurable consequences for the operators and processing equipment. In order to completely eliminate this processing risk and equipment hidden dangers, Zhang Yongsheng led the maintenance team to actively carry out technical transformation of equipment. Through a large number of investigations and repeated research, it was finally determined that "the top of the machine tool tail seat sleeve is stopped abnormally, resulting in top-end grinding wear" is the biggest "inducement" that may cause "roller drop". In response to this, Zhang Yongsheng independently developed the " lathe top rotation real-time monitoring device", which successfully solved the problem of ensuring the operation of this equipment. At the same time, the technical transformation has also obtained the national invention patent , becoming a leading and demonstration in the field of rolling processing equipment guarantee. Since
started working, Zhang Yongsheng has solved more than 80 key problems in large-scale equipment and completed nearly 200 equipment innovation and transformation. It is precisely because of such "confidence", in recent years, Zhang Yongsheng has participated in various skill competitions on behalf of the company and achieved good "records". Especially in 2021 when he participated in the "Hebei Provincial Employee Vocational Skills Competition CNC Machine Tool Installation and Adjustment and Maintenance Worker Final", he was even more skilled and won the first place in his personal experience.
The fundamental development of enterprises lies in talents. In 2018, the "Yongsheng Innovation Studio" named after Zhang Yongsheng built a more professional and broader growth platform for the youth workers in the enterprise. Relying on the studio, Zhang Yongsheng made his own fault simulation drill table, electrical operation laboratory table, etc., and led the young workers to carry out professional skills training and even equipment technology research.
