(referred to as "Fengmi Technology", a subsidiary of Guangfeng Technology Holdings) and Guangfeng Technology infringes on its invention patent rights and other related materials (case number: (2019) Beijing 73 Minchu No. 1275 and 1276), and the patents involved in the case are ZL201410249663.7 and ZL201610387831.8).
Recently, Guangfeng Technology received a civil judgment from the Beijing Intellectual Property Court (case number: (2019) Beijing 73 Minchu No. 1275, 1276). The court's first-instance judgment stated that the plaintiff Delta Company's lawsuit in this case lacked factual and legal basis, so all the plaintiff Delta Company's lawsuit requests were rejected. The case acceptance fee and other expenses shall be borne by the plaintiff Delta Company.
In an announcement released on the 7th, the board of directors of Light Peak Technology stated that the results of this judgment will not affect the company's daily production and operation and profit and loss. The company's products involved in the case do not use Delta's patented technology, and Delta's litigation claims in this case lack factual and legal basis. Guangfeng Technology and Fengmi Technology do not constitute infringement. The company's products are protected by a complete independent intellectual property protection system.
