Deng Wenbin, has more than 30 years of work experience in the fields of architecture, urban planning and design. He is a senior member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects and the Hong Kong Institute of Planners. In 2002, Mr. Deng was also a director of these two professional societies and was appointed to establish the Hong Kong Urban Design Alliance and serve as the first convener. In 2010, Mr. Deng became the founding director of the Hong Kong Urban Design Society and became the president of the association in 2016.

Historical research has been engaged in urban morphology and public space research since 1997, and has begun to study aging and space in 2000. Yao Dong is the earliest advocate of the concept of "original home and peace" in China; a research and practitioner of livable communities of all ages. The current practical focus includes urban design and community planning, and the research focus is on healthy cities and smart elderly care.
Yang Hao is currently the director of environmental design (undergraduate) of the School of Design and Creativity of Tongji University, assistant dean, and associate professor of Shanghai International Design and Innovation Institute (long recruitment track, teaching and research type). Her teaching and research focuses on the fields of environmental design, experience design, circular economy and sustainable innovation, and is committed to design practice and design research that drives the transformation of circular economy. Currently, through cooperation with regional management agencies, communities and enterprises, she explores how to promote a renewable circular ecosystem in the complex situation of urban transformation and community renewal.
