The 11th day holiday is about to begin. Many workers at work may be absent-minded and have begun to plan for the seven-day holiday. Most rural people who work outside the country want to take advantage of the holidays to return to their hometowns, reunite with their children and parents, and help collect some autumns.
Everyone knows that in the past two or three years, the haze of the epidemic has not completely disappeared, and it is still the case today. Therefore, every time I return home, workers must first understand the latest requirements for returning home. During this year's National Day holiday, can all workers who are working outside return home? What are the requirements?
At present, most places have no additional requirements for those returning home, except for reporting and preparing negative nucleic acid test results within 48 hours or 72 hours in advance, and for returning home to the "three days and two tests". This means that it is relatively easy to return home for the holiday.
However, if such a situation occurs, it is far from enough to just report and prepare nucleic acid testing , that is, people who have recently had a history of traveling to medium and high-risk areas. Up to now, there are 479 low-risk areas, 735 medium-risk areas, and 893 high-risk areas. These medium- and high-risk areas involve large cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Chengdu where migrant workers are concentrated. If the starting point is a medium- and high-risk area, or the place where you have passed in recent days, you usually have to undergo centralized quarantine if you want to return home.
For example, in Henan Province, migrant workers' county Dengzhou City , local requirements are required to take 7-day centralized medical observation for people with a history of traveling in high-risk areas within 7 days; for people with a history of traveling in medium-risk areas within 7 days, 7-day home isolation medical observation is required. Whether you are concentrated or at home, you cannot move around within 7 days after returning home. Many other places also have similar isolation requirements.
So, if you return from a medium- and high-risk area, you need to be centralized quarantine. Is this quarantine self-paid or free? In the past, some places could participate for free, but recently many places have changed their regulations one after another, and the quarantine after returning home changed from free to self-payment, and the cost standard is not low.
In Changshou District, Chongqing, the local area began to charge isolation fees for people returning from medium and high-risk areas. At public rental housing isolation points, each person had to pay an isolation fee of 240 yuan per day, plus a meal fee of 60 yuan, which was a total of 300 yuan per day. At the hotel quarantine point, the daily fee is charged at the hotel room price, plus a meal fee of 60 yuan. In Zhenxiong County, Yunnan, the urban hotel isolation points are 150 yuan per person per day, and the daily fee for isolation points in other townships is no more than 150 yuan. All fees are paid in one lump sum before check-in. The charging standard for
is not low compared to the local average income. Chongqing Changshou District is 300 yuan a day, and many people's income is less than 300 yuan a day. Take migrant workers as an example. If they work on construction sites, if they are laborers, they will work very hard every day, which will only cost one or two hundred yuan a day.
In the past, many places had free quarantine and observation of people returning home, but as the epidemic continued, some areas began to change their requirements, changing from free to charging. This may be considered to reduce the flow of people, but it adds a burden to those who do need to return home. Before returning home, migrant workers should find out the home isolation policy clearly. If they need to isolate themselves, prepare the money in advance.
