On July 2, the establishment ceremony of Xinsheng Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xinsheng Technology) was held in Beijing.
It is reported that China Mobile actively implements the three-year action plan for state-owned enterprise reform, implements the spirit of the instructions of the Office of the State-owned Enterprise Reform Leading Group for the State-owned Enterprise Reform Leading Group for the Accelerating the Implementation of Comprehensive Reform of "Science and Technology Reform Demonstration Enterprises", and creates a number of reform models and independent innovation vanguards of state-owned technology-based enterprises. Among them, Xinsheng Technology is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Mobile Communications Group Zhongyi Internet of Things Co., Ltd., which was registered and established on December 29, 2020 in Jiangbei New District, Nanjing City, and officially operated independently in July 2021.
Xinsheng Technology is committed to becoming the "most innovative Internet of Things chips and applications leader" with the mission of "creating cores to drive the Internet of Things and accelerating the digital transformation of society": making new scales in market operations, industrialization, patented technology, and talent training; forging new capabilities in independent operation, market operation, capital operation, reform and innovation; opening up innovative mechanisms in employment, incentives, governance, and scientific research; and planning new layouts through the establishment of joint laboratories, applying for major national projects, foreign capital cooperation, introducing high-end talents, establishing overseas R&D centers, and landing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board.
Under the background of "science reform" and chip "bottleneck", Xinsheng Technology will aim to promote the revitalization of the national integrated circuit industry and work with partners to become a participant in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, a struggler for independent and controllable Internet of Things chips, and a pioneer in the reform of science and technology reform demonstration enterprises.
