At around 4:30 pm on August 25, at the Nanning South Toll Station, two Gui A brand Audi cars, one black and one white, were stopped by the police. When these two cars passed the high-speed speed measurement point, they drove very fast and were photographed by the speed gauge on the high-speed road.

Relevant legal provisions on speeding:
Article 42 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that motor vehicles shall not exceed the maximum speed indicated by the speed limit sign. On road sections without speed limit signs, safe vehicle speed should be maintained.
