[Global Network Report] A shooting occurred in Wanhua District, Taipei City on the evening of the 19th. One person died in the shooting, and was the gunman who caused the accident; 4 people were injured, including one policeman. According to Taiwan's United Daily News, the gunman in charge of the accident was named Qiu Guolong, a member of the gang. Qiu fired at least 29 shots in half an hour in the incident. At around 22 o'clock that night, a public called the police, saying, "After seeing the news of the shooting of Ximending, I felt that the public security was poor, so I asked to strengthen patrols around Ximending to maintain housing prices."
