On January 15, he went to Lanzhou to visit relatives and lived in a community in Chengguan District, Lanzhou City. From January 16 to 22, Li's family and relatives had 16 people going out to eat, have dinner at home, go out to see a dental, go to the sales office to see a house, stay in the same room, chat for a long time or live together. After Li Moumou was diagnosed on January 25, other relatives became ill as close contacts during home medical observation. 10 confirmed cases and 91 close contacts have been reported.
Case 2: Patient Liu and his cousin lived in Wuhan, Hubei for a long time. On January 18 and 20, his family arrived at Tianshui to visit relatives and lived in a community in , Maiji District, Tianshui City. From January 20 to 28, Liu's family and relatives had 20 people going out to eat together, stay together many times and had close contact. On January 25, after Liu Moumou was diagnosed, other relatives became ill as close contacts during home medical observation. 7 confirmed cases and 99 close contacts have been reported.
The above two typical cases show that activities such as dinner parties of relatives and friends, visiting relatives and friends are the main factors leading to the occurrence of clustered epidemics, and prevention and control of clustered epidemics is the focus and difficulty of current work. The Gansu Provincial Joint Prevention and Control Leading Group for the Joint Prevention and Control of the New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic proposed the next main prevention and control measures:
First, further implement the "person-to-person" grid management measures, rely on the responsibilities of local party committees, governments and department personnel, and ensure that no household is left or no person is missed.
The second is to determine the appropriate centralized medical observation venue, equip the corresponding personnel and facilities and equipment, standardize the centralized medical observation of close contacts, and ensure that people coming to Gansu in Wuhan and other epidemic areas are completely isolated from their families.
Third, families and the public are strictly prohibited from gatherings to avoid the harm of the epidemic.
Fourth, strengthen public publicity and education, remind people from epidemic areas such as Wuhan and Gansu to consciously maintain isolation from their families, actively cherish and protect the health of their families and others, and actively cooperate in implementing epidemic prevention and control measures.
