Ger Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") will expire. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Company Law", "Securities Law", "Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules" and "Company Articles of Association", the election of the Supervisory Board shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures.

Company held the first employee representative meeting in 2019 on June 4, 2019, and unanimously agreed to elect Mr. Ren Wei as the employee representative supervisor of the seventh supervisory board of the company.
