Recently, five ministries and commissions including National Development and Reform Commission , Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and five other ministries jointly issued a notice, identifying the third batch of 100 National Rural Industrial Integration Development Demonstration Park (hereinafter referred to as "demonstration park"). National Rural Industrial Integration Development Demonstration Park in Huaiji County, Zhaoqing City successfully made the list, becoming the only national-level rural industrial integration development demonstration park in this batch of Guangdong Province and Zhaoqing City .
Demonstration Park is located in the central and western part of Huaiji , including Lengkeng Town , Maning Town , Gangping Town , Liangcun Town , Dagang Town , Qiaotou Town , Zhongzhou Town , and Xingfu Street 7 towns and 1 street. With silk seedlings , vegetables and fruits as the main line, it is committed to building a characteristic agricultural industry. On the basis of the production and supply function, it strives to extend the industrial chain, improve the deep processing of agricultural products and warehousing and logistics, accelerate the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism , and realize the "three lives synchronization" of rural production, life and ecology of the demonstration park, and the "three industries integration" of the first, second and third industries.
In the past two years, Huaiji County has included the creation of the demonstration park in the important work agenda of economic and social development in the county. It has established the Huaiji County National Rural Industrial Integration Demonstration Park Creation Leading Group, led by the main leaders of the county government, to effectively play the role of organizational leadership and coordinated management, implement various policies and policies for the central, provincial and municipal development of agricultural and rural economy, ensure that policies and measures are implemented, study and solve existing problems and difficulties in the development of the demonstration park, formulate and improve policies and measures conducive to agricultural and rural development, and ensure the smooth implementation of the national rural industrial integration development demonstration park.
Demonstration Park relies on the strategic positioning of the green agricultural and sideline products distribution base of Zhaoqing (Huaiji) in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and has established a Agricultural Technology Promotion Service Station in Huaiji County, Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, and launched the Huaiji County-level operation center of the Yinong Information Service.
After the National Development and Reform Commission approved the establishment, the demonstration park expects that various indicators will achieve good development trends in terms of industrial integration cluster development, modern science and technology support upgrades, significant intensive scale operation, green and sustainable development, and obvious radiation and driving effects. Farmers will share more value-added income of agricultural secondary and tertiary industries, and drive the park's farmers' disposable income to continue to grow steadily.
