At the same time, it is determined that by 2023, the output value of automobiles and parts (excluding new energy vehicles), general machinery and equipment, petrochemical heavy mining rail transit and special equipment, machine tools and functional components, and power equipment industry chains will reach 288 billion yuan, 36.6 billion yuan, 31 billion yuan, 6.5 billion yuan and 27 billion yuan respectively. Focusing on cultivating and strengthening the "new font", we propose four aspects of "implementing innovation-driven, accelerating digital empowerment, strengthening and strengthening chains and cultivating industrial ecology"; and it is determined that by 2023, the output value of the new energy and new energy vehicles, integrated circuits, aviation, biomedicine and medical equipment, robots, new materials, energy conservation and environmental protection and new generation information technology industry chains will reach 32 billion yuan, 6 billion yuan, 72 billion yuan, 32 billion yuan, 14 billion yuan, 27 billion yuan, 24.5 billion yuan and 147 billion yuan, respectively.
