This year, Huaiji County Political and Digital Bureau, together with Rural Commercial Bank and Bank of Communications, deployed 320 "Guangdong Intelligent Assistance" government service self-service machines across the county, providing more than 100 government services such as government printing, medical insurance inquiry, real estate information inquiry, as well as handling bank account balance inquiry, electronic cash recharge, non-tax payment and other financial services, to solve the problem that the public needs to go to multiple doors, operate different terminals, and experience differently. Up to now, it has served more than 90,000 people and has a business volume of more than 160,000 transactions.
In the next step, Huaiji County Political and Digital Bureau will work with more departments to carry out in-depth reengineering of government service processes, optimize more government service matters to "Guangdong Intelligent Assistance", so that the people in service can obtain more data dividends and improve their sense of happiness and gain.
