On November 22, the Chinese Football Association updated the blacklist of people and clubs and teams at all levels of amateur competitions of various member associations of the Chinese Football Association on its official website. This blacklist exposes the violent chaos in China's amateur football matches.
This blacklist has exposed 97 amateur players and 8 amateur teams or clubs. It is particularly worth mentioning that among the 97 amateur players on the blacklist, most of them beat the referee or beat the opponent's Qiuqiu. Most of the eight clubs or teams that are on the blacklist are because their players beat the referee or beat the opponent's players.
For example: In the "Blacklist of violations of regulations and disciplines in amateur competitions by the Chinese Football Association (personnel)", the number one ranked first is amateur player Ga Ding Songbao, male, ID number 63272319950707xxxx, a player of Qinghai University team. He beat the referee while participating in the China College Student Campus Football League and was banned for life. The second and third places in the serial numbers are Ga Ding Songbao's teammates Ga Ma Caiji and Naowu Jiangcai, who were also suspended for life for beating the referee.
Also, Feng Yan, Yu Yun, Hu Qin, Yu Wei and other four of Wannian Police Football Team beat the referee when participating in the second eight-a-side match in Shangrao City and were suspended for life; Zhang Zhen, Tian Jing, Zhang Weijun, Zhang Xiaolong and Li Wenqiang of Wuhan Hongxing Football Club were suspended for life when participating in the 2016 Chinese Football Association Cup.
Shi Zhanhong, Ning Minfeng, Qiu Xianghui and He Ziwei of Hercules Crane Team were suspended for three years for "intimidation and threatening referees" when participating in the Guangdong Football League. The suspension period is from July 21, 2017 to July 21, 2020.
In domestic amateur competitions, violent incidents have been ongoing. On November 18, 2017, a Chongqing amateur football match unexpectedly became a hot topic for fans. When the head coach of Chongqing Jinlang team left the court, he was surrounded and attacked by dozens of idle people in the society and suffered a slight concussion.

On May 8 this year, the Chinese Football Association issued the "Notice on Further Strengthening the Education and Management of Amateur Competition Style and Discipline at All Levels" on its official website, pointing out that there are incidents of violating the competition style and discipline in major amateur events from time to time. The Football Association will formulate -related measures to strengthen management through , including the establishment of a "blacklist" system and database.
The Football Association said that in recent years, with the increasing demand for the majority of amateur football population to participate in football events, the number of various amateur events organized by local football associations and other social organization institutions has also increased significantly. Due to some organizers lack experience in event organization, weak management of competition style and discipline, and weak ability to predict crisis, incidents of violating competition style and discipline in amateur events at all levels occur frequently. Some incidents have had adverse and bad effects in society, bringing great damage to the current good environment for football development.
This year, the Chinese Football Association has implemented the 2018 version of the "Chinese Football Association Discipline Guidelines", which further clarified and strengthened the management of competition style and discipline and related specific punishment measures.Major competition style and discipline issues and manifestations include: athletes and officials do not obey the referee's penalty, attacking referees or other competition officials with language or even violent behavior; athletes and officials use violence to attack the other party, and even group fights; in order to gain the team's personal interests, negative or false competitions occur regardless of the principle of fair competition and the Olympic spirit; spectators fight in the audience, or enter the competition area to interfere with the competition or even attack athletes and competition officials.
To this end, the Chinese Football Association has established a national "blacklist" system and database, including personnel or collectives who have been suspended for more than half a year by member associations, and enter relevant punishment information into the Chinese Football Association competition management information system, provide public inquiries, and increase penalties.
