"Support Youth Artist Program" As an important section of China Shanghai International Art Festival, it has always adhered to the purpose of "gathering the creative talents of young people and promoting the original power of China", and has built a support and promotion platform for young artists with traditional inheritance, conceptual exploration, artistic transformation, and ideal pursuit. Since its establishment in 2012, the "Youth Support Program" has commissioned 59 young artists active in various fields to produce 50 original stage art works, becoming an incubator for original works and young artistic talents, and a gathering place for the international stage to provide excellent Chinese works and talents.
In the past six years, the "Youth Support Program" has established close cooperation with the American Asian Association, the Coil Art Festival, the Spring of Budapest, the South Bank Art Center of the United Kingdom, and the New Horizons Art Festival in Hong Kong. Some of the works have been performed in Germany, France, Hungary, the United States, the United Kingdom, India and other places.
