● Fujian Normal University Quanzhou Affiliated Middle School expansion project ( Quanzhou No. 15 Middle School expansion project) (2021-2023): Located in Xianjing and Bantou communities, Fuqiao Street, the construction content includes a library, gymnasium, dormitory building and canteen. The construction area is 19,000 square meters and the total investment is 70 million yuan. The main structure is expected to be topped off in the fourth quarter.
● Changtai Central Primary School (2021-2022): Located in Xiantang and Xintang Community, , Changtai Street, with a land area of 33.1 mu, a construction area of about 33,432 square meters, and a planned construction of 24 classes, a complete primary school with a capacity of 1,080 students, with a total investment of 130 million yuan. Basement construction is currently underway.
● Tian Middle School (2022-2024): It is planned to be located on the north side of Fanrong Avenue, with a planned land of 40 mu, with a scale of 36 classes, and is expected to accommodate 1,600 students, with a total investment of 100 million yuan. Construction is expected in the third quarter.
● Tongzheng Primary School Expansion Project (2022-2024): Located in Huaxin Community, Kaiyuan Street, 5.86 acres of new land, new gymnasiums, art galleries, teaching buildings, etc., 24 new classes, 1,200 degrees, and a total investment of 43 million yuan. Construction is expected to be launched in the fourth quarter.
● Jiangnan New District Urbanization Supporting Kindergarten Series Projects (2022-2023): The construction content includes ①Maocheng Binjiang International Hotel and Commercial and Residence Project Supporting Kindergarten, Zhongnan Binjiang Mingyue Supporting Kindergarten, Baojia Yufeng Supporting Kindergarten, Shimao Yunjing Supporting Kindergarten, Wenling Commercial City Center Supporting Kindergarten and other five kindergartens for decoration and improvement; ② The Fifth Experimental Kindergarten has built a 6-class teaching building to meet the needs of striving to become a municipal-level demonstration kindergarten. ● Licheng Fanrong Area Shantytown Renovation Project (2020-2025): The land area is about 3,325 mu, involving an expropriated house area of about 1.7 million square meters (residential area is about 950,000 square meters, factory buildings are about 750,000 square meters), and a land area of about 2,231 mu. The construction content includes resettlement housing, municipal roads, parks, schools, sports venues, hospitals and other supporting facilities, with a total investment of 965 million yuan. Mainly carry out municipal construction such as roads.
● Jinli Avenue and area renovation project (formerly Yanling Avenue and surrounding plots (Xianjing, Houkeng section)) (2022-2025): Jinli Avenue starts from Jiangnan Street in the south and connects to Jinli Bridge in the north. It has a total length of about 2.2 kilometers, a road width of 60 meters, and a total land area of 158,600 square meters. The planned land area of the area is about 325 mu, the relocation area is about 230,000 square meters, and the total investment is 372 million yuan. Strive to start construction in the fourth quarter.
● Renovation and infrastructure construction project of Shantytown (stone structure houses) on the west side of Zhanqian Avenue (2017-2023): The land area is about 2,803 mu, involving an expropriated house area of about 630,000 square meters (residential area is about 520,000 square meters, factory buildings are about 110,000 square meters), and the land area is about 2,603 mu. The construction content includes resettlement housing, municipal roads, parks, schools, sports venues, hospitals, public service centers and other supporting facilities. The total investment is RMB 5222 million. Mainly carry out the construction of municipal projects such as roads and resettlement housing.
● Aiguo Road Area Renovation Project (2017-2023): Located in Huaxin Community, Kaiyuan Street, with a land area of 45.08 mu, and the construction content includes roads and Anshang Houses, among which ①Aiguo Road is 770 meters long and widened to 14 meters; ② Anshang Houses are about 35 mu, and the total construction area of is about 41,200 square meters. The total investment is RMB 350 million. Construction of Anshang House is expected to start in the third quarter.
● Wushishan Flood Retention Area and Surrounding Shantytown Renovation Project (2022-2024): Located in Jiangnan Street, the flood retention lake has a land area of 676 mu. The project content includes lake body excavation, bank protection project, landscape project and surrounding area renovation. The renovation of the surrounding area of the road is considered simultaneously, with a total investment of 260 million yuan. Strive to start construction in the fourth quarter.
● Bantou'an Commercial House (2022-2024): The land area is 263 mu, the construction content includes resettlement commercial housing and public supporting facilities , with a total investment of 180 million yuan. It is expected that the land "tendering and auction" will be sold in the second quarter.
● Tianzhong'an Commercial Housing (2022-2024): The land area is 214 mu, and the construction content includes resettlement commercial housing and public supporting facilities, with a total investment of 145 million yuan. ● Plot B project on the south side of Jiangbin South Road (2022-2024): The land area is 60 mu, the construction content includes residential and public supporting facilities, with a total investment of 900 million yuan. ● Jiangnan New District International Trade Complex (2022-2024): Located in Tianzhong Community, Fuqiao Street, with a land area of 157 acres, it creates a modern high-end urban fashion trade complex integrating high-end office buildings, luxury hotels, new business formats comprehensive malls, international apartments, business office buildings and park green corridors. The total investment is RMB 250 million. It is expected that the land "tendering and auction" will be sold in the first quarter.
● Binjiang Headquarters District (2013-2023): Located in Binjiang Community, Fuqiao Street, it covers an area of 133 mu and has a total construction area of 680,000 square meters. Traffic
● Quanzhou Tianzhong Bridge: The total length is about 2km, the road level is the main road of the city, the designed speed is 60km/h, the bridge width is 40.6m, and it is 8 lanes in both directions. The total investment is 800 million yuan. The preliminary project planning has been completed.
● Quanzhou Xinhua Bridge: Connect to the Jiangnan Group Planned Third-level Main Road in the east and to Xinhua Road in the north. The total investment is 800 million yuan. The preliminary project planning has been completed.
● Quanzhou Jinli Bridge: Connecting to the former provincial highway 307 in the north and connecting to the county highway 301 in the south via Jinli Avenue. The project includes a 1.5-kilometer main road, slow lane, and sidewalk of the city bridge. The total investment is RMB 650 million. Preliminary project planning and plan demonstration have been completed.
Social undertakings
● Licheng Public Sports Center: covers an area of about 200 acres, creating a diverse and complex sports venue integrating sports, leisure, culture and entertainment, including a gymnasium, stadium, Citizen Square and a business operation center. The total investment is RMB 300 million. The preliminary project planning has been completed.
● Quanzhou Vocational Education Industrial Park: covers an area of about 1,200 mu, and plans to integrate some vocational schools in Tengnao Ancient City, and plan to be built into Quanzhou Vocational Education Industrial Park. The total investment is RMB 570 million. The preliminary project planning has been completed.
● Jintai Academy (C12 Educational Land Project): Located in Huaxing Community, Changtai Street, with a land area of about 100 mu. It is planned to build high-quality primary and secondary schools. The total investment is RMB 500 million. Land acquisition and clearance have been completed.
● Jiangnan Campus of Quanzhou No. 6 Middle School: A standard-compliant middle school is planned to be built in the jurisdiction of Fuqiao Street, , covering an area of 76,000 square meters, 76 planned teaching classes, and 3,800 new degrees. Carry out preliminary research on the project.
● Lingxiao Middle School expansion project: It is planned to integrate Tingdian Primary School into Lingxiao Middle School, build a school with nine-year HTML, retain the current size of the junior high school, add 32 acres of land, and add 400 new degrees in the primary school. Urban Road Licheng Section South Extension Area Renovation Project: The project land area is about 240 mu, and the main construction content includes commercial and residential, school and other supporting facilities. ● Renovation and infrastructure project of shanty towns (stone structure houses) in the Gaoshan area: Located on the north side of Sunjiang Road, Gaoshan Community, Jinlong Street, with a renovation area of 525 mu (of which the ancient houses cover an area of about 50 mu), and an expropriated area of about 494,000 square meters. It is planned to use the existing concentrated ancient house construction resources to create a comprehensive area integrating culture, tourism, education and residence. ● Quanzhou Overseas Chinese Plastic Factory Area Renovation Project: Located in Shudou Community, Changtai Street, with a land area of 80 mu and a total construction area of about 100,000 square meters. The total investment is RMB 100 million.Conduct investment negotiations with investors.
● Nanyingbin Avenue (Dengfeng, Tingdian) area renovation project: The planned expropriation area is about 1,639 mu (of which the Nanyingbin Avenue road widening land is about 70 mu, the area's "three old" renovation land is 936 mu, the planned road land is 97 mu, and the Shanti Park land is 536 mu), the house expropriation area is 443,000 square meters, and the area of "three old" renovation is planned to be carried out in four phases.
